During our beautiful outdoor ceremony, the music from a pool party that was going on was so loud, it drowned out our music!

The entire staff at Fox meadow went above and beyond for us. Alexis was so incredibly helpful and patient-you truly cannot find a better event director or venue. Thanks again to all for making our special day so incredibly perfect!

I would HIGHLY recommend Fox Meadow to anyone. Alexis made everything completely stress free. Due to an unseen circumstance, we were required to move the wedding up by almost 4 months, and Alexis went above and beyond to make sure everything came together in our short timeline.

I was so happy with my choice to have my wedding at Fox Meadow. Melissa is absolutely WONDERFUL to work with and answered every last minute text, question and change I wanted. Food was also absolutly amazing! Everyone said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They even worked wonderfully me even though I originally booked under different management and pricing was different they up held my old price the whole time. I had my ceremony here as well and it was so pretty. Everything I could of ever wanted in a ceremony and reception site. Would very highly recommend!

I booked with Fox Meadow in Jan 2021 for my Sept 2022 wedding. I would NOT recommend going with this venue for your special day. I went through 3 different coordination contacts in 9 months, which was very worrisome to me. And the first coordinator promised me numerous (about 7) specials that she apparently "was not authorized to". I did not know about this until 9 months later when I was told they will not be honored. After speaking to a "manager" she promised me that she'd write up a new contact for me that would make me excited about my wedding day again. I did not even receive said contact until about 5 weeks later after many ignored emails and calls from myself and my coordinator. I only received the contract after we told them we felt that we'd probably have to find a new venue at this point. The response we got was less than professional, not even a single apology or accountability on their end for the complete lack of communication or the punctuality of getting a new contract to me. Told us that they basicslly weren't worried about events happening in Sept 2022, meanwhile it's less than a year away and my contract was still up in the air. But we were also told "we didn't give them a chance to be in the Bride's corner" after all this. I ended up receiving a full refund and had to find a new 10 months until my wedding.

If I would have known this was the way this place operated to begin with I would not have booked. Bride's beware!
