About this venue
Nestled on 220 acres of beautiful greenspace, you will find the historic Springvale Ballroom (Est. 1923), one of the few remaining original ballrooms in Northeast Ohio. You are certain to find a plethora of photo-op areas on the property for your special day. Conveniently located just 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland, 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins Airport, and right off of I-480, there are ample surrounding accommodations for your out-of-town guests.
The venue can entertain up to 250 guests comfortably in the 6,216 square foot ballroom. You may choose to have the ceremony within the reception hall featuring a gorgeous stone fireplace as your backdrop or outdoor under our covered Pavilion that overlooks the sparkling pond and exquisite surrounding tree line. With our onsite bridal suite, you can relax and get ready the morning of or utilize the space for any of your day-of needs. During the festivities, your guests have the opportunity to step outside on our deck to enjoy the scenic views of the golf course throughout the evening. Under the elegant twinkling adornments, you and your guests can dance the night away on the original hardwood flooring.

Beautiful Venue with exceptional service
My husband and I got married at Springvale Ballroom on Friday August 21, 2020. It was by far the most beautiful day of my life, thanks to Springvale. The Event Coordinator Brittani was outstanding. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our calls and emails. She helped us every step of the way and kept us up to date with the new restrictions. Our ceremony was outside under these beautiful pine trees on the golf course. The set up was just perfect.
The ballroom was stunning. Springvale and their staff set everything up as we visioned it to be. The staff was professional, accommodating and easy to talk to. All of our guest said they felt safe and had a great time.
I wish we could do it all over again just the same:)
Thank you Springvale, Brittani and your staff for making our day perfect. We will be forever thankful.

Amazing Venue!
My husband and I visited several venues during our planning process. When we visited Springvale, between the ambience of the ballroom and outdoor area, affordable and inclusive package, and great rapport with the wedding day coordinator, it was an easy decision going with Springvale! Their package includes linens, food, alcohol, cake, optional centerpieces, and set up/tear down. The serving staff, bartenders, and our Day of Coordinator Erin made us feel like a million bucks on our wedding day; the day went perfectly! Erin set up all of our decor beautifully and I even let her take some personal design opportunities for extra decor I wasn't sure how to use and she nailed it! Lastly, they were very accomodating to my husband and I while we were planning our wedding from a different state which was very important to us. Erin was very responsive and easy to reach was also amazing. We love Springvale and can't wait to go back here again for future events!

We absolutely loved everything about Springvale!
We are so happy that we chose Springvale for our wedding. Brittani was amazing, she helped make our wedding day run smoothly and kept me calm when I was nervous. She was quick to respond to any emails that I sent and made planning a wedding from out of state less stressful. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside as well as outside. We were married under the pine trees on the golf course which was gorgeous (and well protected from the sun). The food was great and there were many different options to choose from (they even had a delicious chickpea pasta for our gluten-free guests). If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Springvale in a heartbeat.

The Perfect Wedding
We had our daughter's wedding at Springvale on 8-17-2019. We were very fortunate to work with Brittani as our coordinator. She made all the planning so easy. The wedding was absolutely perfect. You have to go into the reception hall to see how beautiful it is. We had so many compliments on the venue. We also enjoyed an outside wedding among the pine trees. Food was delicious. Staff was wonderful. When you book with Springvale you can get a free wedding cake. Wildflour Bakery designed the cake. They give you samples so you can choose what flavor you want. We had a wonderful lady take a picture my daughter sent her and she designed it on the cake. It was beautiful and delicious. Thank you Brittani and all your staff for a wonderful experience!!!

This reception hall was the perfect match for me! We were living over an hour away and planning our wedding in the area and the staff at Springvale made it seem like there was no distance. After we had already paid the deposit and reserved the hall they went through a change in management for the ballroom and there was a miscommunication when it came to the final pricing but they did right by us and we walked away with a beautiful reception. My husband was able to golf a few weeks after the event for free, as part of the package, and they took care of all the set up and tear down of the event. All we had to do was drop off a box of decorations the day before and the day after we picked up the box, so easy!

We got married on 4/28/18, which is the last weekend of ‘Wedding Season’, so we were able to take advantage of discounts with a few vendors.
Right from the start, Kelsey was amazing to work with. She was helpful, patient, and bubbly. A few months later, she left the company and we were so nervous to have a replacement! Then came Brittani. She was also amazing- experienced, dedicated, and detailed. She is so friendly and eventhough she sees hundreds of couples- she really made us feel like we were special and our wedding was exciting. It is clear her main objective is creating the perfect event for her client.
Springvale is a classy, traditional, vintage-style ballroom. The gorgeous wood floors, giant bar, high ceilings with draped tulle and chandeliers were exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The room set up for our wedding allowed for a huge dance floor. This venue is great for large weddings because it’s not crowded at all. Very accommodating. We went to a tasting and got to choose some menu items which were all delicious.
We chose the chicken piccata and roast beef. On wedding day, the chicken didn’t have much sauce with it, so it was pretty bland. I was disappointed, but everything else was wonderful. They forgot to pour the champagne for the head table, so we had nothing to toast with. We were nervous about having enough bartenders for our crowd (a friend had said his daughters wedding had a line at the bar all night), so we sprung for a 3rd bartender. Not sure if we needed it for 220 people, but for sure there was no line at the bar. All of the staff was very friendly, efficient and accommodating.

I absolutely fell in love with Springvale the first time I saw it. And Kelsey was so great to work. She was there every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. She really did make the planning process so much easier and less stressful. The food was great and they have a food tasting event twice a year for the brides and grooms. They also work with a cake lady, Anne, who did an amazing job with the cake. I couldn't be more pleased with how our wedding day went at Springvale. I would highly recommend choosing them for your venue!
