I originally had my wedding ring custom made by another jeweler who ended up being very unprofessional and giving me back a ring that was amateur quality (didn't sit flat, diamonds not spaced evenly, graphics incorrect dispute a picture etc). But after his attitude change towards the end I was nervous to have him re-do anything for fear of making my grandmothers gold unusable. Fast forward a few months and in googling I stumble on Fox Fine Jewelry - best stumble ever. Debbie was immediately responsive to all of my questions from about time/cost to what kind of alloy her husband uses. I had a lot of the details in a pdf I sent but she had so many more little things I didn't think of (comfort fit, rhodium plated, did I want my graphic to line up with the diamonds on the opposite face, etc). We even went over my measurements - I did the diamond spacing with garage calipers, but they had better ones so we re-evaluated my diamond spacing so the span across the top face of the ring was all the way across but not covered at all by my fingers. Their care and detail orientation was a great comfort after what I had been through before. When the CAD renders came back my husband and I were ecstatic - George did amazing; it was perfect. Then when we got the ring it was better than we could have hoped exactly what I wanted but better - even spacing, silvery shine to match my other rings, the stars and diamonds exactly how I pictured originally but spaced ever so perfectly so that with my hand flat on the top all the diamonds were visible and on the bottom all of the stars. The best way I could put it to them I will repeat here: "This ring makes my heart so happy it could bust!". They are amazing, patient, detail oriented, dedicated to client happiness, and are absolutely not afraid of any kind of question!

George at Fox Fine Jewelry worked with me and my groom to resize and repair rings that had belonged to my grandparents. He is a very talented jeweler and was able to change one of the ring's sizes significantly while retaining an original engraving on the inside. I was so happy with the work that he did.

Additionally, he was able to repair my engagement ring, which was somewhat warped after a different jeweler's poor resizing job. I know he really went out of his way to make everything perfect and I am so grateful for his attention to detail and great craftsmanship.

There aren't enough superlatives in the English language to praise George and Debbie and the staff at Fox Fine Jewelry. The hand holding they provided to a nervous would-be bridegroom while he had his mother's ring restored and resized, and the care they took in ordering our wedding bands and getting them sized to perfection meant so much to us during the stressful experience of planning a wedding.
