Shane and co catered our ~160 person wedding in Hood River last weekend, and while I think the whole event was pretty great, the food was absolutely a highlight. Shane is clearly a very talented chef but it's also clear that his staff are true professionals and it was a joy to watch them run like a well-oiled and incredibly professional machine on our day. The food was not only hot and on time but also DELICIOUS. Literally dozens of people came up to us to tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Could not give a higher recommendation. We feel lucky to have found them!

Four and Twenty Blackbirds catered our wedding and their food is amazing! I grew up in Hood River and it was important to my husband and I to showcase the area's amazing food at our wedding - Four and Twenty delivered! Shane and his team helped us design a beautiful menu, and our guests raved about the fresh, locally sourced food.

Instead of a traditional sit-down meal, my husband and I chose to have Shane's food truck (Four & Twenty Blackbirds) at our summer outdoor wedding in the Columbia River Gorge, and it was a great choice :)

Shane helped us come up with an awesome (and creative) menu, that even the pickiest of eaters enjoyed. The food was unbelievably delicious, and the service was great! Despite only having a single food truck for our wedding (80 guests), they served everyone surprisingly fast!

Shane did a fantastic job of providing us wonderful food options for our outdoor wedding at Rails End Park in Parkdale. From beginning to end, he was professional and responsive. And the food was PHENOMENAL!!

Four and Twenty Blackbirds was great to work with for our wedding! Shane and his team did a fantastic job putting together a menu that aligned with our goals for the day. The day of went without a hitch and Shane’s team was a big part of that. Only nitpick with Shane is that communication can be spotty at times. You will have to be a bit patient with Shane when coordinating in the months leading up to your event, but he will deliver.
