Matt was incredible to work with and we had such a blast! Both our wedding and engagement pictures turned out beautifully. He captured every little detail from our wedding day! On the wedding day Matt was super flexible and helpful! He was communicative, timely, and supportive throughout the whole process. We went with the single photographer package since we had a smaller venue and wedding size of 120 and we felt that it worked out great! I can’t recommend Forte Films & Stills enough!

Matt and his team were amazing to work with! The day was a whirlwind but they were great at keeping us calm before the ceremony and capturing the magic of the day. We got the 8hr photo and video package and we are SO glad we invested in the videography. The also had fun which was a huge compliment to us.

Working with Matt was amazing from beginning to end. When our hunt for a photographer began, we were looking for bold and moody colors created by dramatic and magical lighting. We found our perfect match in Matt and, after receiving our images back, we know that we made the best decision. His images speak for themselves. (Cue the oohhs and aahhs.) They are absolutely stunning, and we could not be more grateful for the work that he did. Beyond his technical expertise, Matt was also a joy to work with. He knew when to blend in and when to step in and direct guests and subjects in order to get the best images. He truly put us (the couple) first. He was capable and efficient throughout the day and truly impressed us with his competence and professionalism. Meant to write this review a lot sooner, but better late than never! If you don't want to read my whole review, just know that you should hire Matt for your wedding photography needs!

I personally had a unique situation in that my brother was getting married in a courthouse in March 2021 with just our families to witness. I didn't want the date to go undocumented, so I contacted Matt and from the very beginning he was the most responsive, easy-going, and understanding photographer I talked with. I probably over-explained the situation like 5x, but he made me feel heard and understood and I was completely at ease hiring him. Not to mention, his pricing was more than fair!!

On the wedding day, he met us at the courthouse and followed through on everything we had requested ahead of time. Even though never have met or talked with my brother and the bride, he made them feel completely at ease and led them to a spot nearby the courthouse even for after-ceremony shots. Above and beyond what I could've asked for.

I know there are a ton of choices for photographers out there, but do yourself a favor, and make sure Matt is one that you inquire with for your big day! Thank you for everything, Matt!

Matt at Forte Films & Stills is honestly phenomenal. He did our engagement AND wedding photos and we could not be happier with them! He is very professional, yet still so calm and personable which makes you comfortable in front of the camera. He is excellent in giving direction while also catching many natural moments.
