Stefani was excellent to work with. She was accommodating to our needs and budget and went above and beyond what we were expecting. As our day of coordinator she made sure everything ran smoothly and kept up with our vendors so we didn’t have to. I’ve been married before and didn’t have a planner or coordinator and knew I did not want that stress again even though this time it was a much smaller event. She was fantastic as our officiant as well. Everyone kept saying how they loved how personable our ceremony was. That was thanks to Stefani’s questionnaire and ability to incorporate our answers into a fitting ceremony. I took time meeting and chatting with different coordinators as I wanted to first meet them in person and make sure I was comfortable with and could trust whoever would fill this role. Stefanie was super friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic when I first met her and after talking about logistics and what we needed help with I knew she would be perfect! She asked all the right questions, offered great suggestions, and left me feeling very confident.

Throughout the rest of my wedding planning, Stefanie brought up stuff I hadn’t even thought about (thank goodness she was there to look out and check my final details) and went out of her way to meet us again, this time at the site to go over exact set up, chat with the venue coordinator, look over final details, and make sure everything was ready to go before the big day. She was also so quick to answer questions and help with whatever was needed.

She followed up with all our vendors to coordinate arrival times and necessary details and also kept in touch with our maid of honor to keep her in the loop the day of our wedding. When I showed up at the reception, the set-up looked perfect, all my vendors had showed up and done what they were supposed to do, and everyone had found their assigned seats and was ready to go. Our wedding was a big one (250+ guests) so for her to coordinate all of this so smoothly by herself was very impressive. It felt good leaving all of this in the hands of someone I could trust as I am a very picky and detailed bride. Overall, Stefanie of Forever Events is an amazing event planner and demonstrates professionalism, creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail. Stefanie basically took the lead on planning our wedding during a very difficult and stressful time for our family. Specifically, I am a full-time graduate student and while trying to complete my graduate studies and plan a wedding, my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness and I became his caregiver. We hired Stefanie to help us keep everything together for the wedding and to help us stay within our limited budget. Stefanie did more than just keep everything together and within budget for our special day, she made the day happen and made it into just the kind of celebration we had been hoping for despite many pitfalls.

Stefanie was able to handle with ease and comfort the constant crisis that my family was in due to my father’s illness and the changes that his illness meant for our wedding. She was able to really get to know us and essentially make wedding decisions for us that would suit us when we were not able to make them ourselves. Stefanie was always professional, timely, compassionate, and sensitive. When my father died about a month and a half before our wedding, Stefanie dealt with all the last minute changes and details and kept us on track despite living 2,000 miles across the country. Not only did Stefanie have to adapt to the sudden changes in my family and helping me to get through a wedding without either of my parents (my mother passed away a few years ago as well), but it also rained on our outside beach wedding less than an hour before the ceremony start time. Stefanie was able to quickly whip up a plan that involved a lot of umbrellas and was able to get everything rearranged so that we could have our dream wedding outside, on the beach, in spite of the rain.

Stefanie had a heavy hand in planning all aspects of our wedding from choosing a venue, to picking invitations, flowers, and decorations, to designing the ceremony, and single handedly running the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception (we had a very large wedding party made up of 16 people so this was a difficult task). We weren’t able to hire a D.J. so she also put our music playlists together and managed the music during the ceremony and reception. Several of our vendors, including the wedding coordinator at our venue commented on how wonderful Stefanie was to work with. In addition, she was able to go with the flow of our friends and family, several of whom commented that she had been really helpful to them. Overall, we would highly recommend Forever Events to our closest friends and family.

Stefanie was incredible! She was just what I needed for a day of coordinator. She was not only completely on top of things day of, she was constantly pushing me along up to wedding day, making sure I had everything in order, including things that I wouldn't have thought of as a first time bride! She was very flexible with our budget and time. Not to mention she has a great personality and was fun to work with. I highly recommend this gal!
