Absolutely fantastic. The quality of food and service is unbeatable. Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with and the wedding went off without a hitch. They were so flexible with pending weather. Regarding the menu, it was mind-blowing. Just exquisitely delicious. Very fun and flexible while creating the spread. So accommodating for those in our party with food allergies etc. During the event, their attention to the bride and groom (us!) was awesome; it's easy to get busy with people and photos and miss awesome food; their servers were right there making sure you had every hors d'oeuvre, filled drinks, happy full plates.

My husband and I planned our New Orleans wedding from afar, and we could not have done it without Food Art. Stephanie Aubrey, Food Art's Sales Manager, was an incredibly helpful resource from the beginning through the end. She promptly responded to emails with questions large and small, and stayed on top of updating our catering and floral contracts as we made numerous changes throughout the planning process. She was not only a great communicator, but incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. We had such a great experience during the planning process, we asked Stephanie to help coordinate our wedding. She agreed, and did such a great job. I don't have the adjectives to describe how perfectly and smoothly everything went, and how happy we were with our ceremony, second line, and reception. We had a friend design a few specialty cocktails, and Stephanie made sure her bartending staff was available for a quick tutorial prior to the reception. She put together a diverse and delicious menu. She worked with a florist that designed flower arrangements exactly as I'd described wanting them. And the day-of coordinator she brought on board to work with us was the perfect mix of no-nonsense and personable. I didn't have to worry about a thing. And the icing on the proverbial cake, when I learned just the week before the wedding that there'd been a small fire at the reception venue, Stephanie was more than willing to help figure out last-minute alternatives, and work with the venue staff on my behalf (fortunately we had to make only minor adjustments). I will have wonderful, fond memories of my wedding for life, and Food Art gets a huge amount of the credit for that.

Everyone we worked with at Food Art was extremely professional and helpful. The food was outstanding!We had a plated dinner, and the staff served everyone at the table the same time, and acted very professional. All my guests complimented us and were so impressed with the taste and presentation.

Our choice of vendors in New Orleans was limited due to our venue (it was small and without a scullery and the coordinator there suggested using a caterer with prior experience). After receiving a proposal from Stephanie Aubrey at Food Art, we decided to use them based on our venue's recommendation, as well as the selection and price.

Stephanie was always professional and very sweet to work with. We communicated via email, as I was planning from DC, and she was always prompt in responding to emails. At the last minute we had to make rain plans, and she was able to coordinate her staff to set up earlier than expected on Saturday. When I arrived before the ceremony I was blown away by the presentation and professionalism of the staff.

The food was great and our guests really enjoyed all of the selections. The quality was top notch and everything tasted fresh and high quality. The presentation was elegant, and since we had a buffet, this was very important to us.

Overall, we are so happy with Food Art and would use them again in a second.

One of the very first vendors I booked was Food Art. Stephanie (sales manager) was an angel. From the very first email I sent her to the last, she was gracious, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and she worked with us to create a wedding all our own. She took care of everything from the liability insurance, allowing us to bring our own alcohol, rentals and of course - the delicious food. My guests were happy, the food was great and I could not be more pleased with Food Art. They are a great catering and rental company. I highly recommend them for any type of event or wedding!

The guests have not stopped raving about the food! Everyone from the foodies to the nutrition-minded folks. The food was displayed beautifully and it was delicious too! I especially appreciated the special attention they made to ensure guests with dietary restrictions knew which food had what in it and were able to enjoy the food too! Stephanie Aubry was also very patient and flexible with my ever changing catering and equipment needs... and answered frantic phone calls about the weather predictions (it turned out to be a perfect day)!

Food Art was an amazing caterer. I found them online and everything I did with them from that point forward was wonderful. They easily handled all of our last minute changes, and were very responsive. I dealt specifically with Stephanie at Food Art. They provided on site assistance at the wedding, and it was almost like having an additional day of planner from the end of the ceremony until the end of the reception. The food was beautiful and so was the service.

We presented Stephanie at Food Art with a challenge: cater our all-vegan wedding! As you may imagine, not many vegan events happen in New Orleans. They were happy to acommodate us, however, and came up with a pleasing, if not particularly innovative, menu. We did a tasting and everything was good. Communication was clear - something I value highly. And somewhat at the last minute - a few weeks before the menu - we swapped out a lame menu offering for something excellent they came up with: Mushrooms Rockefeller. (They were awesome. Request them.)

Unfortunately, the day of our wedding things got a bit snafu'd. The weather turned against us - as in it rained all evening, when we were somewhat depending on the use of some outdoor space. There was also a last-minute callout of a server, leaving us short handed. Even so, I believe our event to be the exception to the rule as far as Food Art's service is concerned - most of the problems we encountered came out of coincidence and bad luck. While some things could have been handled better, it's always easy to see what someone else should have done after the fact isn't it?

The bottom line is that the food was good, and our guests enjoyed the event. Things go wrong; it happens. I wish I could give a rave review of Food Art - up until the night of the wedding I truly believed that's what would happen, as all of our exchanges had been great. I will say they're definitely worth checking out, very fairly priced, and as long as all of your servers are able to make it your event will probably be splendid.

In December 2018, we hired Food Art for a small wedding of 60 guests. We were very satisfied with the attentiveness of their staff, Amy. She was always immediately available for questions and concerns that we may had have. The display of food was very much what we wanted and it accented our rustic theme of the rest of our decor. I gave the rating of 3 stars because of the amount of food which was provided for the price we paid. Even though in the total price it included the rentals of the tables and chairs and staff we feel it was grossly over priced. I would also like to mention the bottle of beers served had rust on the caps of over 50% of the beer served. In hind sight we would have chosen one of the other caters - Palate, LaBella, Piegon
