There's nothing worse than a plain, boring wedding cake in my opinion. I wanted to ensure I avoided that since I'm a bride with a major sweet tooth. The Flour Shop's flavor selections are abundant and the quality of their baking and their designs are superior. This is the best bakery in the Lehigh Valley hands down! And while you're there for your wedding cake consultation? Visit their bakery cases and treat yourself to a brownie, a cupcake, their bread...it's ALL great!

I have had many pastries and baked good from the Flour Shop Bakery but I have never tasted anything as delicious as our wedding cake. When we went for our tasting, they put together quite a spread for us to choose from. It was hard to choose! We did 2 different types of cake, white chocolate raspberry and lemon citrus almond. It was a good variety for everyone! Our cake was absolutly gorgeous!!!! Our theme was cherry blossoms so they did a cherry blossom branch going up the cake. Not only did it look amazing, but it was delicious! People are still talking about how great it was and how beautiful it was! We have some of it frozen for our 1st anniversary and I can't wait to eat it again! Fabulous wedding cake! Tasting and consultation beforehand was wonderful and they gave us everything we asked for. Great tasting and beautiful!

Our cake was delicious! We loved that we could have 2 different flavors. We picked the triple berry torte (it was almond cake with a custard & three berry filling) and the chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. We liked that we were able to offer our guests different flavors and I think we looked forward to the cake most of all. They were very accommodating of our color scheme and we gave them a swatch to make sure the decorative icing would match our shade of blue. We used butter cream icing and it was delicious with both cake flavors. I would definitely use them again!
