Did not meet expectations
Below are photos of my floral arrangements for my ceremony space. The florals were delivered with brown greenery and were not what I had originally paid for.
Kaitlyn also forgot my groomsmen boutonnières and when addressing the situation to Kaitlyn, she told both my mother and myself that she would not refund us the cost of nine boutonnieres.
I wanted to so badly preserve my florals as a special memorabilia for my wedding day. Unfortunately I was unable to do so and my florals had to be thrown away.
