Floral Lab did an AMAZING job for our wedding weekend! Carrie put together an absolutely stunning mandap covered in beautiful bright flowers, 24ft table runner, low and high centerpieces, and an amazing staircase display that brought the State Room to life. I have never seen more beautiful flowers. We are so grateful for her amazing design, meticulous work, and absolutely stunning flowers! Our guests couldn't get over how beautiful the flowers were and many asked for Carrie's info. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!

Before contacting Carrie, I had talked to other florists but our conversations were focused on pricing and typical centerpieces. But from our first phone meeting, I knew Carrie was different. She took the time to listen to our vision and even came up with several ideas on the spot. Not only did she understand and respect our vision but was genuinely excited to add to it. Throughout the planning process, she responded quickly to all my emails and was very responsive/flexible to new ideas. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom, we were speechless. She truly exceeded our expectations and completely transformed the space. She put so much hard work into every detail and it turned out gorgeous. Carrie is an extremely talented designer. If you are looking for a unique, special wedding decor, trust that Carrie is the right person to fully execute your vision.

My husband Louis and I are so happy we had the chance to experience Carrie's magic, she is the most talented floral designer and extremely easy to work with. All we had to do was describe to Carrie our vision for the wedding and left the rest to her, on our wedding night we were blown away and still receiving complements about her work. It was beautiful, elegant, unique and more than what we expected from our mockup design. She is very detail oriented, a perfectionist and provided floral design that not only worked with our budget but also helped bring our wedding together.

Carrie is the Queen of flowers! We met with her to discus our vision and she was a very good listener, offering her suggestions as the discussion moved forward. She even graciously added Mickey Mouse pins to my bouquet as it had been my dream. On wedding day, I had to hold back tears once I saw the amazing work her & the team did. The arrangements were above and beyond anything I imagined and she did it with so much love and eagerness to make us happy. I LOVED it all!!

I discovered Carrie Chang’s Floral Lab designs after being upset at a floral vendor that just didn’t bother to get back to me to finalize the contract. The florist just did not care about my business and ignored my emails or phone calls after having an on-site meeting. Thank god that I didn’t go through with that because this was a total blessing in disguise.

Out of luck with that florist, I went on Instagram and looked for a Boston Florist and Carrie’s Instagram profile came up for “Best of Boston” award. Looking at her arrangements, I noticed they are extremely creative that fits the client’s ask and taste. The wide range of pieces she put together really stood out to me as a designer because I also aim to be the “Swiss Army Knife” of design. The wide variety of contemporary, classic, whimsical, garden, luxury and the amount of variety, color, and styling really blew me away.

I wrote her an email right away and to my surprise, she emailed me back within 15 minutes. Our entire relationship from contract to the wedding day, she responded to me instantaneously, with speed and enthusiasm. Her hardworking dedication in updating me throughout the process really set her apart from the other vendors. A few days before the wedding day, she sent me a bunch of photos for a preview and I was blown away by the flowers. From the floral mockup to the final design, wow!!! I never imagined the flowers could be that nice. It’s the nicest flowers I’ve ever had in my life.

Carrie is not just a vendor, she was a partner with me throughout my wedding planning. She treated me like a friend/family, with her warm smile and funny jokes. She goes above and beyond and works all night to make sure the flowers come out perfect.. and they OBVIOUSLY did. I get non-stop compliments on how good the flowers looked, how fragrant they were, and how amazing they were.

I chose Floral Lab for our August wedding and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Carrie and her team. Carrie is so attentive to details and made sure that that the flowers she created for our wedding was nothing but perfect! I am very picky when it came to flowers and Carrie was so understanding and accommodating. The floral arrangements she created were GORGEOUS and left me speechless. I originally had asked for peonies, since they're my favourite flower, but she told that it probably wouldn't be possible to have them for our August wedding. Well, Carrie made it happen, I had peonies!!!

I really can't say enough about Carrie and her team at Floral Lab. As a bride on a budget, I didn't have an endless well of funds to spend on flowers, but Carrie didn't mind. Not only was she understanding of my budget constraints, she made me feel really comfortable when going over costs and plans. She really went above and beyond to make my wedding so beautiful! My wedding was at the end of October and my family and other guests are still talking about the flower displays! Our centerpieces absolutely transformed the room and made our venue look so elegant and enchanting, the welcome table was awe striking, and the wedding-party bouquets and boutineers looked amazing in pictures. She took my crazy jumbled ideas and turned them into a work of art and I was speechless when I saw the end result. Carrie was not only my florist during this process, but she became one of my most trusted confidants. Since you're here reading this review, you clearly know how overwhelming weddings can be, but working with Carrie truly makes it all easier. I can be OCD about plans and decor, but on my wedding day I never stressed because I just kept saying to myself, "Carrie is there setting up, so I know everything will look great" and it did. I would even check in with her throughout the planning process to see what she thought about some of my ideas. She knows the industry and she knows what works and I was so grateful to have had her as a resource. It was so helpful, I don't think I could have done it all without her! She added so much to the venue with her floral designs and ideas. Not only are her pieces so beautiful with all kinds of blooms, the are truly a work of art. She adds so much to the arrangements that they become innovative and a solid conversation piece. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! And truthfully I feel lucky that I got to work with her team.

Carrie is the creator, heart, and soul of Floral Lab. I discovered her design studio on accident, as I was working in the Boston Ft. Point neighborhood during my engagement. From beginning to end, her patience, thoughtfulness, and insight into the process was nothing seamless. She took a huge weight off of my shoulders in knowing she was not just a florist, but also a designer. I designed my intimate wedding off of her ideas and advice. The flowers looked amazing!!!!! I was so happy with the arrangements, and everything was beautiful. The cost was also slightly lower than some of the other quotes we got. One thing to be aware of, she did make some changes from the sample to the actual arrangements, so if you are super picky, just be sure to be clear on exactly what you want. We did get some upgraded flowers which were great, and she went out and found the ribbon I had liked for my bouquet! Many places would not have done that. Carrie was great!
