This is the BEST BBQ and we tried a LOT! They were more affordable than any other caterer we looked at, even more affordable than Famous Daves. They were incredibly accommodating and specialized our menu to exactly what we wanted. Our guests reflect on 2 things from our ceremony, the individual and unique ceremony and the FOOD! People who don't even like BBQ liked it. Professionally, I have worked with Flaming Pig as the day of coordinator when they were catering and they were the easiest people to work with. Deanna and Steve are the kind of people you want around on your wedding day! We had PLENTY of food and all of the set-up and clean-up was taken care of; they even offered to set-up our appetizers that we hadn't even bought through them. Our friends got married last weekend and already had their catering set-up when we had our wedding, but they liked our food so much that they ordered the BBQ sauce from Flaming Pig to have with the BBQ served at their wedding (yep, Deanna made 2 gallons of BBQ sauce for them)!
They traveled from Lacey to Bremerton for our wedding and handled everything, I didn't have to worry about anything! They have a food truck full-time so it's easy to taste their food. They are very busy with their food truck so book them early for your catering, you won't be disappointed and you definitely won't be stressed about your food, they take care of it all! I could write a novel about how amazing they are!
