I LOVE Fink's... particularly Jack. He is a class act and an awesome salesperson. What I love about him is that he isn't so focused on selling you something. He genuinely listens and cares about what you are looking for and he was there for me on multiple occasions when I wanted to try more rings just to make sure I was picking the right setting. He worked with my mom and fiance in secret to help get me the perfect engagement ring (I'm obsessed and get compliments often!) and now he is working with my mom to get her a gorgeous sapphire ring. He's seriously amazing and I can't say enough great things about him. The other people who work there have all been friendly and nice and I have had great conversations with them, but Jack really was such an important part of our engagement story and I feel so lucky to have met him!

Our experience with Fink's has been nothing but positive. We worked with Adriane K. throughout our ring selection process. She spent almost an hour with us as I tried to find a wedding band to match my engagement band and she was exceptionally patient and made some great recommendations. At the end of our visit I found my wedding band...along with a few anniversary bands for the future. ;) My husband also found his band the same day. When my husband would email Adriane, if she was working that day he would get a response in less than one hour. I've been very pleased with my experience at Finks, including my visits to the stores in Salem and Roanoke Va and Durham.

Claire and the staff at Fink's Jewelers in North Hills are amazing! We had my engagement ring and our wedding bands custom made by one of their vendors. The customer service and attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected.

I entered Fink Jewelry to purchase a special watch for my brother for Christmas. (G-Shock watch) To my surprise the sales team was busy with nothing. They were involved with each other and never looked my way. I walked around looking for the watches, hoping to select that special gift. Well, nobody said a word. No greeting, no "may I help you", NOTHING! It was totally ridiculous!! I finally left quietly. Not that anybody noticed. Please Fink Jewelry surely, you are better than this ! Great looking!, but your customer service STINKS!!!!
