I first thought when I got engaged, what will I do about a cake as I am GLUTEN FREE!!! Needless to say, I found Fiddle Cakes and they made me an absolutely delicious and beautiful GLUTEN FREE wedding cake. It was amazing and even my guests commented on how good it tasted not knowing it was all gluten free. They actually thought the part we cut was the only gluten free part of the cake! The cake was cream cheese frosting on top of vanilla-caramel cake with chocolate ganache filling. Thank you! I ate the leftovers all week during my honeymoon!!!
