When it was time to purchase our wedding bands, my fiancé recommended that we go to Fey & Co. as he had such a wonderful experience there purchasing my engagement ring. (I gave him little to no direction prior saying that I wanted a ring that was classic – yet unique, and Heather & the team at Fey helped him nail it! I love that he was able to surprise me with a ring that I love so much.) Heather helped me design the wedding ring of my dreams. I initially wanted an infinity band with alternating diamonds and pearls; but at Heather’s knowledgeable recommendation she brought up the point that I probably would regret getting an infinity band with pearls on something that I would be wearing every day as they would need to be replaced often and recommended instead only having the stones going halfway around. This obviously cut the price of my ring in half, and I was so impressed that Heather cared more about making sure I would be happy in the long run versus making a bigger sale. From our initial meeting to the day we picked up the final product, Heather kept the lines of communication open and was very professional and always extremely pleasant to work with.

Throughout the entire process from my husband selecting my engagement ring through purchasing our wedding bands Caroline has been a dream to work with. We truly love going in to see her. Fantastic jeweler in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. They have been extremely responsive for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. My husband was a huge fan of how well they worked with him in designing my engagement ring, and I've continued to be impressed with their service through the process of buying our wedding bands. My engagement ring had a matching wedding band that I didn't really like, so they made me a custom band exactly as I'd imagined it. Would recommend Fey and Co. to anyone :)

We bought the engagement ring and the wedding bands from them, and they have been flawless in their professionalism and desire to help us get exactly what we wanted. They were extremely helpful in walking me through all the steps to picking out the right diamond, and the pros and cons of all the different metals. Even when the FedEx delivery got delayed because of weather, they were willing to open an hour early to make sure we were able to get our rings to the ceremony on-time. With free lifetime resizing, and free lifetime replacement of the tiny decorative diamonds, we can't ask for more from a jeweler.

Fey & Co. is where my husband went for my engagement ring and had such a great experience. They helped him pick out the absolute perfect ring and were understanding and helpful when it came to finding something in an affordable price range. They did not try to talk him into something he couldn't afford, which he appreciated. Every time we've gone in, they've been very helpful and welcoming - offering us a drink, cleaning my ring, etc. We went back to them when it came time to pick out our wedding bands, too. While we didn't end up getting my band there, we did get a great band for my husband. And when we came back several months later because, after the wedding, he realized that the band didn't fit right, they had no problem returning it and getting him the right size. I would absolutely recommend Fey & Co for a relaxed, enjoyable, non-pushy experience.
