  When it was time to purchase our wedding bands, my fiancé recommended that we go to Fey & Co. as he had such a wonderful experience there purchasing my engagement ring. (I gave him little to no direction prior saying that I wanted a ring that was classic – yet unique, and Heather & the team at Fey helped him nail it! I love that he was able to surprise me with a ring that I love so much.) Heather helped me design the wedding ring of my dreams. I initially wanted an infinity band with alternating diamonds and pearls; but at Heather’s knowledgeable recommendation she brought up the point that I probably would regret getting an infinity band with pearls on something that I would be wearing every day as they would need to be replaced often and recommended instead only having the stones going halfway around. This obviously cut the price of my ring in half, and I was so impressed that Heather cared more about making sure I would be happy in the long run versus making a bigger sale. From our initial meeting to the day we picked up the final product, Heather kept the lines of communication open and was very professional and always extremely pleasant to work with.

  Throughout the entire process from my husband selecting my engagement ring through purchasing our wedding bands Caroline has been a dream to work with. We truly love going in to see her. I loved my engagement ring - it is exactly what I wanted even though I never told my husband what I wanted. We went in several times to look at wedding bands and the entire group there is very welcoming.

  My husband had my engagement ring custom created while he was deployed. He described what he wanted, showed her pictures with different features he wanted incorporated, and Emily at Fey & Co created the most perfect engagement ring I've ever seen. It is absolutely beautiful and very unique!

I went back to Fey with a picture of the designer wedding band I wanted, and they created it in palladium for me, to match my engagement ring, and after I wanted two sets of changes made to it, they accommodated my wishes. I would highly recommend Fey for the quality of their jewelry and the professionalism of their staff.

  Liz at Fey & Co. in Lagrange is fabulous! My husband is very picky and does not like "pushy" sales people. However, he absolutely LOVED Liz and bought my engagement ring through her. We liked it so much that we bought our wedding bands from there as well.

  Fantastic jeweler in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. They have been extremely responsive for both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. My husband was a huge fan of how well they worked with him in designing my engagement ring, and I've continued to be impressed with their service through the process of buying our wedding bands. My engagement ring had a matching wedding band that I didn't really like, so they made me a custom band exactly as I'd imagined it. Would recommend Fey and Co. to anyone :)

  We bought the engagement ring and the wedding bands from them, and they have been flawless in their professionalism and desire to help us get exactly what we wanted. They were extremely helpful in walking me through all the steps to picking out the right diamond, and the pros and cons of all the different metals. Even when the FedEx delivery got delayed because of weather, they were willing to open an hour early to make sure we were able to get our rings to the ceremony on-time. With free lifetime resizing, and free lifetime replacement of the tiny decorative diamonds, we can't ask for more from a jeweler.

  We bought the engagement ring and the wedding bands from them, and they have been flawless in their professionalism and desire to help us get exactly what we wanted.   Fey & Co. is where my husband went for my engagement ring and had such a great experience. They helped him pick out the absolute perfect ring and were understanding and helpful when it came to finding something in an affordable price range. They did not try to talk him into something he couldn't afford, which he appreciated. Every time we've gone in, they've been very helpful and welcoming - offering us a drink, cleaning my ring, etc. We went back to them when it came time to pick out our wedding bands, too. While we didn't end up getting my band there, we did get a great band for my husband. And when we came back several months later because, after the wedding, he realized that the band didn't fit right, they had no problem returning it and getting him the right size. I would absolutely recommend Fey & Co for a relaxed, enjoyable, non-pushy experience.

  My husband and I bought our wedding bands at Fey and Co. Our experience there was great! I found a ring I loved online and discovered that Fey sold that designer's rings, so over to North and Halsted we went. When we arrived at the store, their sales people were very helpful and cheery. The ring I wanted wasn't in the store, but they looked it up in their database and gave me a great price. We weren't planning on buying a wedding band for my husband, but we loved their tungsten rings. Great quality and value. The rings came in pretty quickly (they told us 2-6 weeks and they came in about 3). We thank Fey for a great ring buying experience, and hope we can go get more sparkly things from them soon! :)
