Fergies on main did an amazing job. I kept looking for a cake person in Ashland and everyone referred me to another person who had become a personal trainer and had stopped baking cakes. I found Fergies on Main with the help of a dear friend and Fergies stepped in and saved the day. They baked a beautiful and delicious cake for me with not a lot of notice and arranged everything for me putting my worries to rest. I cannot say enough good things about them.

For our wedding cake we sent two inspiration pictures. The drip cake was the initial wish for the overall look, with incorporation of our dog (first and second picture) And the OWNERS assured us they could do what we asked. Upon pick up, the cake was an absolute travesty. (Third picture) It looked absolutely horrible and we were left with no cake for our wedding. The photos and reviews on their website were extremely misleading. The owners had excuses for everything and still made us pay full price for the cake. Absolutely not impressed. A few days later, my husband went to the shop and requested the owner come speak to him, after expressing our concerns, They did end up refunding full price, after attempting to refund less than half price. Our frustration is with the fact that they were not upfront about their inability to deliver what we had requested, and continued to give excuses as this was "the best they could do."
If they would have been up front about alterations needed to make the cake what we wanted, we would have worked with them. But they were not.
