Everything was wonderful!!! Came exactly how it was pictured!!

The people at Favors by Serendipity were so helpful and knew exactly what i needed! I had an outdoor wedding and wanted to purchase fans. They helped me find the perfect color combinations and suggested I get some parasols to help with the sun. Which ended up being a life saver! I will definitely be back in the future!

I just want to thank Favors by Serendipity for all their hard work in making my Son's Wedding a success. They had everything we needed. All the favors we choose were just what we wanted and were so cute!! They were the nicest people to work with and that's rare nowadays. Their professionalism and knowledge were the best! Thank you all for a wonderful, beautiful day my son and daughter-law will never forget.

I have ordered several things from Favors by Serendipity and everything I have ordered came right on time and was exactly what I was looking for. They have great customer service and fast response to any of my questions.
I especially love the chocolate pops. You must try these for any party favor. Your not wasting your money here.
I would go to this vendor again for my next event.

I bought an open heart wine cork for my favors, since we were at a vineyard. I found the particular favor online long before I ordered it and this was the lowest price I found. We ordered one to check the quality. After submitting the order I realized I wanted to add something to my order, but I didnt want to pay a second shipping. I called and sent an email and within an hour I had a response of "what did you want to add?" All i had to send was a quick email and they took care of it. No jumping through hoops like with other companies! The favors were great and everyone loved them.

I chose to receive my shower favors unassembled to save money and assembled them myself. The assembly was as simple as they described, and the product was as shown. My only non 5-star review was the value for cost due to the fact that the candles were a little bit expensive in comparison to their size.

The shipping and responsiveness was really fast. They have a wide range of products. The favors and card holders that I ordered were good quality (same as the product pictures)

These people are absolutely unethical. Not only is their customer service appalling, but I was told that they hire local artists, get them to do design work for them and then steal their ideas and have them produced at a factory in china that pays slave labor prices for production.

If you want to feel good about the company that is behind your the most memorable day in your life... avoid Favors by serendipity at all costs!!!!
