Farm to Fork Wedding Retreat is a romantic rural wedding destination venue in the driftless area on the Buffalo River in Mondovi, Wisconsin. The Retreat is nestled on 21 acres and offers 15 acres of wooded trails that run next to the river, and 4 acres organic gardens. We have a 9 hole Frisbee golf course, kayaking, canoeing, hiking trails, sauna, and Amazing wildlife, nature, and more... Enjoy the wildlife as Eagles soar, geese flock, Sandhill Cranes over head, Turkey's wonder, and whitetail deer pass by. The whole wedding party will have adventurous activities to keep them active and make your wedding a retreat for the whole party!

Dancing Yarrow Retreat offers amazing sites for outdoor ceremonies. The retreat center overlooks the winding river and ceremonies can be performed near the overlook with the river bend in the background. A spiritual ceremonial experience with nature. We have a barn for more rustic experience. We offer church pews that seat about 40 or so... A beautiful apple orchard with about 20 apples trees, and small vineyard. We have a spiral herbal and flower bed wheel, where the couple can walk the spiral together and join union in the center together.

Couples extend their stay and continue their honeymoon right here at the Retreat. The retreat is very private and secluded. Elopements, Wedding and honeymoons tailor designed to fit every couples needs.

We have a 4,000 square foot building that has two apartments, and a community room that seats 30 with has a small kitchenette in it.. One apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, with laundry, and an upper deck overlooking the buffalo river as is about 1,100 square feet. The second apartment has 4 bedrooms, library, open kitchen/living room, bathroom with laundry, lower level living room, upper deck overlooking the buffalo river, and two decks on the main level and is about 2,500 square feet. It is not uncommon to see Eagles fly by, swoop something off the river, or catch them perched on a nearby tree.

We offer a Farm to Fork Wedding Retreat experience. Our on-site catering service is highly mineralized seasonal food from our gardens or Organic neighbors. Catering the farm to fork organic meal starts at $50 per person. A meal that our guest rave about because real food tastes so much better!

To Note about Wedding Licenses:

Wisconsin has a 6 day waiting period for marriage licenses, but in Buffalo County, that 6 day waiting period can be waived for an additional $25, and the couple can marry that same day! You just need to ask for this when you call and make sure they have someone there that can make up the license that same day.
