From beginning to end, our experience at Farm Road Estate was absolute perfection. Even the planning process was enjoyable thanks to Kelly and her incredible team, who went above and beyond every step of the way. From setting up Guitar Hero in the speakeasy for our welcome party, to making sure our grandmas walked down the aisle smoothly, to making sure we were always fed during every little gap of the day—the attention to detail and genuine care were unmatched. The venue itself is breathtaking, and every guest couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable the rooms and bedding were. And the food… wow. I had friends telling me they literally licked their plates (politely, of course 🤭). Everything was phenomenal. It truly felt like we had all our loved ones together for the most beautiful sleepaway weekend, eating, drinking, laughing, and celebrating. We wish we could go back and relive it all over again. Hearing people talk about our wedding gives us the chance to do just that, and it fills our hearts every single time. To Kelly, Mike (the Guitar Hero master), Lauren, Giselle, Chef Joe, Theresa, Steven, Meg, and every single staff member who worked tirelessly to make our weekend so special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will cherish these memories forever. If you’re on the fence about having your wedding here, do it. You will not regret it.

Farm Road Estate was the most incredible location for our wedding. It was beyond our wildest dreams the perfect experience. Kelly, Lauren and Giselle worked so hard to make every moment of our special weekend go off without a hitch and exceed our wildest dreams. The Sawmill Inn Farm Road Estate was the perfect choice for our wedding celebration. We had eloped Jan 1 at the Sawmill with a small ceremony and a family style dinner to follow. It was perfectly charming. Fast forward to September and we held a Sunday afternoon party to celebrate with friends, family, live music and food. It was the absolute perfect day. Taylor helped us with the right food and bar packages to fit our budget. Every single person we invited reached out afterwards raving about the venue, staff, food and vibe. It was the perfect day, again just as we envisioned but better.

Farm Road Estate created a fairytale come true for our daughter’s wedding. It was a magical weekend for all. Our guests stayed on the breath-taking property. All the rooms and cottages are gorgeously decorated in farmhouse style and filled with all the amenities that you desire.

We were hoping for a picture-perfect sunny day, but Mother Nature wasn’t having it. FRE quickly went to plan B, moving the ceremony and cocktails indoors to the beautiful and intimate great room. It was filled with charm, warmth, and love. The party was in their beautiful pavilion with chandlers, string lights, farm tables, and more. FRE went above and beyond our expectations, making our daughter's dream wedding come true. Little touches didn’t go unnoticed—there was a chill in the air, and they went around giving blankets to those who were cold. Taylor, Michael, Kelly, and the staff were attentive to all our needs and made us part of their family. Our guests were wowed by the exceptionally delicious food, and the chef’s presentation was perfection! Thank you, Farm Road Estate!

We were absolutely blown away by our wedding at Farm Road Estate. They helped us in every step of planning to ensure that we could put our own personal stamp on the wedding and executed it to a T. It was such an incredible experience to have our friends and family stay on the same property together and be able to intermingle with each other during the down time. Farm Road Estate is the most absolutely perfect venue for a wedding! Their Wedding/Event Coordinator Jessica is a perfect combination of fun, calm, detail oriented, on point, flexible, happy, kind, and caring that is essential for a Wedding Weekend to go smoothly. Jessica and the staff at Farm Road Estate went beyond every dream and expectation we could have imagined for our Wedding Weekend! We were able to have multiple planning sessions on site (virtual is an option too), food tasting, property tours, room tours, you name it and they did it. We felt so comfortable and confident going into our wedding weekend that when people asked us how we were feeling we would say, "Excited and ready!" There are multiple locations for you to hold the ceremony (indoor and outdoor), we chose by the large pond and it was absolutely stunning. Our cocktail hour was held on the patio with indoor and outdoor options available for our guests to mingle. We wanted our reception to be held indoors with the band on the ground level and they were very accommodating to make the space work even with our group size and a photobooth section and a dessert table! We also had an afterparty down in the speakeasy which was a personal favorite of mine. The food was phenomenal, our guests have been raving about the food ever since! The staff were absolutely exceptional! So attentive, happy, engaging, and truly made sure every guest felt taken care of. The rooms were a dream and so incredibly clean and had gorgeous rustic décor combined with fine elegance. Our bartender had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves while outside, the groundskeepers kept our bonfires going all weekend long to enjoy some pristine Vermont air and star gazing! Farm Road Estate and their absolutely incredible staff truly created the most magical and memorable wedding weekend for us and our loved ones.

My husband and I got married at Farm Road Estate in June and it could not have been a more beautiful day. Farm Road Estate is the perfect venue for what we were searching for in a Wedding Weekend. The ability to have all of our guests stay with us at the venue, after not being able to see everyone for so long was incredible. Everyone at the venue was so easy to talk to and helpful in making our wedding so fun and memorable. Every detail was accounted for.
The food was incredible and the rooms were so comfortable and relaxing. As any Bride and Groom know, you are so in the moment and so busy during your wedding, it is so important to have a venue that helps you with all the details, and makes sure everything is moving according to plan. Farm Road Estate does just that. We have so many wonderful memories, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Our family and friends continue to tell us how much fun they had. In searching for a wedding venue, my now-husband and I were looking for a scenic Vermont venue with accommodations for our guests to stay onsite for a weekend getaway. Farm Road Estate was exactly that. The property grounds are breathtakingly gorgeous yet peacefully calm. There are multiple options for ceremony sites and countless spots for amazing photos. The inn rooms and guest houses are beautifully updated with a rustic elegance charm. Our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and farewell breakfast were all held onsite at the Sawmill restaurant and the food was exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, organized, and an overall pleasure to work with. We had a truly magical weekend we will never forget. I would highly recommend FRE to any couple looking for weekend gateway wedding in Vermont!
