Oh man - what CAN'T we say about Farina?? My husband and I had a handful of tastings with multiple bakeries and Farina was by far the best. Not only were their treats delicious, but the execution and display were exquisite. At the time, they were not on our venue's preferred list, but we just couldn't stop thinking about their desserts and were willing to pay any fee to have them cater our desserts. Tracy and her team were quick to respond with any communication and super helpful when it came to thinking about seasonal flavors and what would work for our wedding. We had a simple one-tier cake done for ourselves and the wedding party along with a full range of mini desserts - our guests couldn't stop talking about them! We will recommend Farina over and over!

Tracy with Farina Baking Company is a baking GENIUS! Not only was her cake absolutely stunning and EXACTLY like I envisioned, that red velvet cake was THE BEST we had ever had in our lives!!! Farina jumped in to help me out when my other baker went unresponsive a month before the big day. Not only did they do that but they helped me work with a calligrapher to get a stencil. My cake turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they squeeze me in but they also delivered almost two hours away to my wedding in Rochester. Being it was last minute we went without a tasting but the cake was absolutely delicious!!

We absolutely LOVED working with Tracy! She made everything so easy! We did a dessert buffet and small cutting cake through her for our December wedding and we can't recommend her enough! The desserts are beautiful and delicious and you have so many options to choose from! All of our guests were raving about the fun options they had to choose from and how tasty everything was! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and so yummy! We did a hazelnut cake which was to-die-for! Tracy even let us take home our leftover desserts (which was fun for present opening!) and we were able to return the plates that she let us use later on. Wow! To have desserts be its own piece of décor is amazing! We chose a cocktail reception, so it was fitting to forgo the traditional cake and serve guests an array of mini treats. If you judge by looks alone, no one else would be able to compare. The desserts were beautifully and meticulously arranged on clean, crisp, and classic serve ware. Each dessert was individually flawless. Not a single cracked macaroon. Each pie perfectly done. Every verrines looking picture perfect. Remarkably, the only thing better than the look was the taste! We had guests wanting recipes by the end of the night. Last minute, we had a close family member that could not attend, so Farina kindly boxed up an assortment of treats to bring to them after the wedding – that was an amazingly sweet touch. Lastly, the service – we loved working with Farina. Tracy was incredibly well organized, professional, and charming. We loved working with you!
