  We had the BEST experience working with Farina! Not only are the desserts beautiful, but they are absolutely delicious! Everything was picture perfect and the display of desserts looked AMAZING! Tracy is great and she instantly got our vibe and created exactly what we had in mind. Working with Farina was easy, stress-free and fun! I would 100% recommend!!

  Cute and yummy!

  We used Farina Baking Company to create cookie favors for our wedding. Tracy at Farina was easy to work with from a distance (we were overseas) and created cookies evoking both the state of MN and our wedding. They were adorable, and no one left an edible favor behind! Highly recommend.

  Farina is top notch!

  Oh man - what CAN'T we say about Farina?? My husband and I had a handful of tastings with multiple bakeries and Farina was by far the best. Not only were their treats delicious, but the execution and display were exquisite. At the time, they were not on our venue's preferred list, but we just couldn't stop thinking about their desserts and were willing to pay any fee to have them cater our desserts. Tracy and her team were quick to respond with any communication and super helpful when it came to thinking about seasonal flavors and what would work for our wedding. We had a simple one-tier cake done for ourselves and the wedding party along with a full range of mini desserts - our guests couldn't stop talking about them! We will recommend Farina over and over!

  Professional, cheerful and beyond prompt!

  Brides and grooms, do not hesitate to hire Tracy from Farina Baking Company. Every interaction was professional, cheerful and beyond prompt. From the first email, to our estimate, to design to the final product, we were thrilled every step of the way. Tracy created beautiful "Will you be my Bridesmaid?" cookies and also "Will you be our Usher?" cookies. They were as tasty as they were adorable, unique and stylish.

  Amazing to work with!

  Farina was so amazing to work with, the tasting was awesome and the desserts were so yummy! Everyone loved all of the desserts and they went back for thirds! Our cake was beautiful and so delicious!

  Tracy with Farina Baking Company is a baking GENIUS! Not only was her cake absolutely stunning and EXACTLY like I envisioned, that red velvet cake was THE BEST we had ever had in our lives!!! I can not recommend Farina Baking company enough for your dream, amazingly delicious wedding cake! Oh, and the sugar flowers cascading on the cake?!?! They were unbelievably real and amazing!!!

  Farina jumped in to help me out when my other baker went unresponsive a month before the big day. Not only did they do that but they helped me work with a calligrapher to get a stencil. My cake turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Not only did they squeeze me in but they also delivered almost two hours away to my wedding in Rochester. Being it was last minute we went without a tasting but the cake was absolutely delicious!!

  We absolutely LOVED working with Tracy! She made everything so easy! We did a dessert buffet and small cutting cake through her for our December wedding and we can't recommend her enough! The desserts are beautiful and delicious and you have so many options to choose from! All of our guests were raving about the fun options they had to choose from and how tasty everything was! Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and so yummy! We did a hazelnut cake which was to-die-for! Tracy even let us take home our leftover desserts (which was fun for present opening!) and we were able to return the plates that she let us use later on. She created signage that went with our wedding theme and not a detail was missed! Thank you Tracy and everyone at Farina!

  Wow! To have desserts be its own piece of décor is amazing! We chose a cocktail reception, so it was fitting to forgo the traditional cake and serve guests an array of mini treats. If you judge by looks alone, no one else would be able to compare. The desserts were beautifully and meticulously arranged on clean, crisp, and classic serve ware. Each dessert was individually flawless. Not a single cracked macaroon. Each pie perfectly done. Every verrines looking picture perfect. Remarkably, the only thing better than the look was the taste! We had guests wanting recipes by the end of the night. Last minute, we had a close family member that could not attend, so Farina kindly boxed up an assortment of treats to bring to them after the wedding – that was an amazingly sweet touch. Lastly, the service – we loved working with Farina. Tracy was incredibly well organized, professional, and charming. We loved working with you! We plan to be repeat customers – maybe some extra holiday treats at Christmas or “just because” box of macaroons. THANK YOU!

  Tracy is very easy to work with and provides personalized detailed uniqueness individualized to match your needs. Weather you go with one of her cakes that truly are above and beyond to individualized mini desserts you will be very happy with Farina! I felt it was the extra detail to her cakes that won me over!

  Farina's cakes are beautiful and delicious. It's awesome that they use as much locally sourced ingredients as possible. They also take time to discuss your needs and can do amazing customized items.

  We had a desert buffet with a small 2 tiered cake as the center of the buffet. It was a beautiful display. The variety of deserts gave people the option to choose a couple they like. Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. Service was excellent. Would definately recommend Farina.

  We used Farina Bakeshop for our backyard wedding in July. Tracy saw our vision and created a beautiful for cake and dessert table for us. Working with Tracy was a breeze. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. We received so many compliments on our cake and dessert table. You won't be sorry hiring Farina bakeshop. If you can think it up, she can do it!!
