Fabulous U made my wedding day just perfect with my dream dress. They were so easy to deal with from day one. They always answered my emails and Skype messages in a timely fashion. They always asked detailed questions to make sure the design was just right. My dress turned out gorgeous and arrived in a very reasonable time frame. I would recommend Fabulous U to all of my friends and anyone looking to design their own wedding dress. I saved so much money going with Fabulous U.

I did research on them too because after looking through thefabulousu.com I couldn't believe that they were making and shipping custom wedding gowns. I always though that it was better to go to a store and pick out and try on your dress. I tried them just to see what kind of quality dress they would make and I have to say that they proved me wrong. My dress was made with real lace and satin not that fakey polyester stuff and the embroidery was very detailed. I ended up saving the dress in my closet for my wedding that was about 3 months later because I couldnt find anything else that was better at any bridal store near my house.

After doing my research and stressing over where to purchase a gown for my big day, I am so happy that I picked Fabulous U! They were super friendly and quick to respond to all my needs and questions (in a matter of hours they usually replied!) The whole team were so eager to help me out with everything, they even offered to meet my required date for no extra charge. I am so impressed with how well I was treated by Fabulous U and am definitely going to recommend them to all my friends in need of a wedding dress! Very happy customer!

After learning some of the horror stories from others ordering dresses online, I decided it was most logical to do my own research about Fabulous U. I checked out their blog at fabulous.u.blogspot.com.
I was quite impressed by their photos showing real people working and designing the dresses not like some of the other suppliers you hear about online that have no evidence of who is actually making the gowns.
After much research I decided to go ahead with my wedding gown with Fabulous U. It was an easy process with good communication along the way and I received a most beautiful gown.

This is the by far BEST online shopping experience I've ever had in my SHORT life! Honestly, I didn't expect to be treated as I was, I was treated as I was paying for 3000 instead of under 300 bucks for my dress. These guys R-O-C-K-S! HIGHLY recommended!

I decided on Fab U because I was really impressed by their blog at http://fabulous-u.blogspot.com/. I found them to be sincere and helpful in putting together my customized gown. I did my homework and checked them out. I highly recommend you do the same like their Facebook page, Pinterest page and their fascinating Youtube channel with 129 videos! They made sure I was taken care of and all my concerns were put to rest being nervous about my big day and all. I was ever so happy to receive this beautiful gown :)

Tony had promised me my dress by the date given (April 2013). He said no problem and even agreed to make me a corset based off one of their dresses if I can get my payment before their Spring Festival (Feb 6th). I paid for one on Jan 28th and the other Feb 4th, days before the festival. He had promised me it would be expedited then among the other dresses they received.

The months go on on and I never hear anything until April comes around. After the date given, I finally hear that they are no longer able to do the corset nor and the dress was still being worked on despite being promised it would be finished by the date given. Tony promised me I would receive a refund on the corset since they can't finish the beading (he gave a song and dance about their beading vendor no longer providing said beading) and finally sent pictures around mid to late April of the dress.

It was hard to see and I was iffy about the dress but Tony promised me it would look much better in person. When I received the dress, it was nothing like the picture I provided. There was black thread weaved into the dress, a sewing pin left in the folds would I could have gotten stuck, some weird purple dye on the dress and a horrible smell from the material.

I contacted Tony but he stuck to the fact that I OK'd the pictures and he thought he was beautiful work. Great but I paid for the dress! Shouldn't it matter to me whether it was what I ordered or not? It wasn't at all what I ordered and the dye, the pin and the smell were not discernible from any pictures. He ended up blaming his workers for smoking and slacking on their job after hours (Seriously, who allows that to happen around gowns?!)

I can't recommend this vendor at all to brides. You will lose a lot of money and you will not receive any refund because Tony the CEO will think he has created the best dress ever and will stick to that no matter how much the dress is defective. Don't be fooled by the sweet talk in the beginning!

Be VERY VERY careful about ordering from Fabulous U. I ordered a $500 gown and they made an extremely LOW QUALITY gown. The messed up the fabric, silhouette, hem, and bodice. They refused to correct it or remake it (as their policies state) and they refuse to honor my requests for a refund. Now they refuse to respond to my emails or answer my calls, and I am out of $500 for my WEDDING no less. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! BUYER BEWARE
