SIMPLY THE BEST :) Brian was awesome to work with and had me smiling and laughing the entire duration of planning. My day was literally FLAWLESS and if it anything did go wrong, I did not know it. Please do not allow yourself to be fooled by choosing a planner because of their social media following--- Brian is THE BEST hands down. I am so happy I chose him he truly was a blessing. While the wedding itself did look nice, there are were things throughout my wedding day & planning process that upset me. He has good eye for design & great vendors, but as a planner lacks attention to detail.Sent on 11/23/2016
-Wanted to take a family photo in the ceremony space. response was "no, we have to flip the room" - I was really sad about this one because I'm the first to get married on my dad + mom's side, and really wanted a nice family photo. We ended up just doing this in the lobby in front of some stairs + a railing, it just took a few minutes.
-Heard from different people he snapped at my MOH (sister) twice.
-asked for scissors - fulfilled after asking others around, but surprised he didn't have this in a day of emergency kit ?
-Timeline could've been done better, no direction on photography locale, when I asked where we would be shooting, he said the vendor would take care of everything. Ended up only with 2 locales and rushed up to wait around for 40 minutes , could've been used to taken more photos with at least an option of another different location.
- Only 1 option for each vendor -- which makes sense & is completely fine when dealing with decor, or music. Doesn't make so much sense with photography or video?
- Kept pushing me to use his stationary vendor after several convos back and forth, stating it would be very hard to find a better deal elsewhere, rather than figuring out a cheaper route for me + getting my much wanted photo booth instead. 1400 for 70 save the dates, 70 invites, 90 place cards, 90 menus, 45 ceremony. This vendor was also very LATE. Emailed them in March , got a mockup late MAY, for a destination wedding in November. Also approved "day of" stationary the night before my flight.
We HIGHLY recommend working with Brian and F & G Weddings!! We've worked with them on several occasions - and, I have to say, every time they've gone beyond what is expected. Brian Green of F & G Events will see to it that your special day is planned perfectly down to the most minute detail. He is definitely a "people person", so he won't be one of those "cut and run" vendors that you have to proactively chase down. I recommend his services without reservation...
