Sonam and her team are one of those vendors that are so immensely good at what they do, with such great client service, at such reasonable rates that you want to shout their names from the rooftops. I hired Sonam for a backyard mehndi, with some unique ideas for what I wanted the decor to look like- for example, a seating area & backdrop that was built around a large tree. I showed Sonam my inspo pictures, many of which were from weddings in India. I’d never seen anything like it at an American desi wedding. And lo and behold, not only did Sonam understand my vision, she elevated it. She went above and beyond, added elements to the backyard beyond what we even paid for because she was so excited about the final creative product. She’s genuinely so sweet, her team is so hardworking, and they seem to genuinely care about what they do. My only regret is not hiring her for my other wedding events too.

What an incredible experience working with Sonam at Exclusive Events!!! She is flexible, accommodating, and so very good at her job! I worked with Sonam from Aug 2022 to June 2023 and she was always great at offering advice and solving problems. She has an eye for detail and her prices are definitely reasonable. We encountered a few hurdles with set-up times at my venue, but Sonam did everything in her power to accommodate my venue's strict set-up and clean-up times. In the end, our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and I cannot speak enough praises about Sonam and her quality of work.

Sonam and her team did an absolutely outstanding job with decorations for my wedding. From our initial call to the wedding day, the whole process was seamless and easy. An Indian wedding always consists of various elements that can be ever changing. Sonam walked me through each of these aspects and helped in better understanding what my own wedding vision would be. The exclusive events team ABSOLUTELY outdid themselves for my wedding. The vision, the elements, the decor was beyond what I could have ever imagined. The whole thing still feels like a dream. They were able to pull together all of my wishes plus more. Our family and friends won’t stop talking about how beautiful everything came out. We are so glad we went with Exclusive Events for our big day!

Exclusive Events were amazing for my Sangeet, Wedding and Reception. From conceptual meetings to the final outcome we felt that their team was able to balance their expertise with our vision. Sonam and her Exclusive Events decor team made all our wedding dreams come true!! We hired Sonam for our Sangeet, Hindu wedding ceremony, and reception - all three events were spectacularly decorated. From the start of the wedding planning process, we were looking for a decorator that would be detailed-oriented, communicative, and collaborative as my family had really intricate ideas for decor specifically. We chose Sonam ultimately because from our initial call, she was not only professional and organized, but made an effort to make us feel welcome and that this process would be a personal, unique one tailored to us. From the moment we hired her, Sonam was focused & patient (sat in multiple hours-long sessions with us in person, over the phone, and on Zoom), organized, and increidbly creative. We shared our visions with her, and she lent ideas based off of those visions to make the final products even better than we imagined. She also made herself available any time we had questions or wanted to review/change a part of the plan - even leading up to the wedding, when things were really busy for her and for us.

On our Sangeet night, inclement weather forced us to change from an outdoor to indoor venue very last minute. Sonam and her team not only made sure this was done in time, but she completely adapted our original decor plan (which was dependent on the first venue's layout) to the new venue without ever needing to consult us. This is the trust she really built with us, and when we arrived early that day she herself was moving things and running around to make sure everything was perfect before the guests arrived. Not one guest knew/could guess we ever had to switch plans last minute, and in fact raved about the Sangeet decor. That's how seamlessly she switched things over, without compromising quality in the slightest!

For my wedding ceremony, I envisioned a natural, ethereal look with flowers and greenery - when I went alone to look at the mandap that morning, I was floored. The floral/greenery work, along with every detail throughout the venue, was so cohesive and just stunning. For our reception, Sonam added additional details - extra fresh flowers, flowers in our cake to bring it all together, flowers for our photobooth backdrop, and many more items - to just add that extra oomph. This is what makes her and her team so unique - they go the extra mile because they really love their work and want to make it the best it can be.

This was the first big event my family has ever put together, and we were nervous going in about finding vendors we could trust that would execute to the fullest. Sonam not only beat our expectations, but even kept us calm and collected in our design meetings. She listened to all our creative ideas, and worked WITH us to elevate them and make them even better. We had a blast working with her, and by our wedding really felt close to her personally. We will absolutely be turning back to Exclusive for any decor needs in the future. We cannot recommend Exclusive Events, and Sonam in particular, enough!!! She made our wedding all the more special, unique, and truly memorable :) We are so glad we went with her & her team!!!

Exclusive events was recommended to us by our planner (Yesminevents). We had a multi-day wedding including a hindu ceremony w/ baraat and a western ceremony and reception in a completely open space venue. We were very particular about how we wanted everything to look and they were so flexible and responsive to our needs. On the day of our wedding events, this company completely nailed everything- DJ Ricky did an amazing job at the baraat and he had people dancing nonstop for the wedding, so much so that we couldn't even get the live singer to get on stage to sing since no one wanted the DJ to stop. Our dome shaped mandap for the Bengali Hindu ceremony was exactly like we envisioned it which they constructed on an outside rooftop despite 20-30mph gust winds. The wind made it impossible to decorate but they persevered and delivered on their promise. The western ceremony and reception decor was such a dream. It looked even better than I had hoped for it. We got so many compliments. This team works really hard to give their couples exactly what they want no matter how ridiculous the conditions are.
