Evermore Wedding Design is a wedding services company based in Denver, CO, serving all of Colorado. Riley has the most experience with venues in: Denver, Boulder, Larkspur, Parker, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Buena Vista, Salida, Breckenridge, and Copper, having worked over 100 weddings.

Owner, Riley, is a former venue coordinator, that stands on her mission to bring superb Day of Coordination to her couples with joy, confidence, and operational excellence. Having seen it all from every angle, she knows the ins and outs of what makes a great day and how to solve any issue that may arise.

While Day of Coordination is her favorite wedding service, Riley has experience in: Wedding Planning & Coordination, Ordained Minister Certification, Bridal Concierge & Personal Assistance; Floral Arranging & Installation; Graphic & Visual Design (Adobe Suite & Canva Fluency), Banquet Captaining & Event Food/Bar Service

Effortless Execution of a Big Wedding with Lots of Moving Around

Riley was our day of coordinator for a close to 200 person wedding in a tricky venue that required a lot of moving around. She was so amazing in staying cool, calm and collected as she worked through all the logistics, running around and coordinating with vendors, guests, and our large bridal party and setting up/tearing down multiple spaces that we used throughout the venue. In the chaos of pre-wedding, she was thrown into set up with little pass off of information from me and figured everything out perfectly.

She was extremely professional and made me feel like she was genuinely excited for me and to be a part of my wedding which was huge for me in feeling confident and excited to work with Riley. She was extremely kind and all smiles but also knew when to get down to business and get people where they needed to be. I would absolutely recommend Evermore Wedding Design and Coordination and can't thank Riley and her team enough for all their hard work!

Riley was incredible!

Riley really went above and beyond at our wedding. From the very start, she was professional and made our worries wash away, throughout the night she kept us on track and organized, and then at the end of the night we just had to run off. I highly highly recommend her as your coordinator!

Made everything possible

Elizabeth was extremely helpful during our entire wedding planning process. She was ready to answer any questions we had, offer any suggestions and just talk through whatever we needed to talk through. During wedding weekend itself, her calm demeanor kept us sane and her willingness to do whatever we needed in the moment kept things running smoothly. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more, and I know part of that was due to her excellent organization and helpfulness. She even went above and beyond to climb a ladder and clean up decor as well as drop some things off for us the next day. We are so thankful that we hired her as our coordinator!

Super Helpful

Riley worked with us to ensure our wedding vision and ideas came to life. She was an amazing day of coordinator ensuring that everything went smoothly and the wedding stayed on track for time, even when we forgot about the timeline we set. Riley worked really well with all our other vendors to make sure everyone had what they needed and knew how we wanted the wedding to flow. In the absolutely best way possible, I can say that once the wedding was in full swing, I didn't really see Riley or notice her because she was doing her job and keeping things moving smoothly and ensuring we were enjoying our wedding as much as possible! I fully trusted that she had a handle on everything going on and tat gave me a feeling of reassurance to not have to worry. I would recommend Riley and the Evermore team for anyone planning a wedding. Riley's day of coordinator skills were much needed and greatly appreciated!

Just get the PLANNER, I promise!

THE BEST! If you want a vendor who knows how to make your vision come to life, this is your team! From the minute we talked on the phone for the first time to our last goodbye, Riley made our worries wash away. We almostttt thought we could handle doing all the planning ourselves, but I am SO glad we didn't and got Evermore! And for all you DIY-er brides, I suggest you do the same and let someone help you, it is worth it! We decided on a month-of-coordinator to bring it life and that's what she did. We truly felt like royalty on our day because all the little questions, direction, setup/teardown, etc was all taken care of. Our guests felt guided and can't stop talking about how beautiful the day was...and we truly attribute that to this team!

Incredible!!

Not sure I can effectively express what a huge difference it made to have Evermore on board for our daughter's wedding, Elizabeth gave me piece of mind from our very first conversation and I knew we would be in good hands! Her and Alana made certain that the entire day ran smoothly and were both so attentive, thorough and just overall delightful in every way! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Evermore went above and beyond in every way and ensured that our day was perfect and magical. We truly did not have to worry about a thing and the attention to detail was just incredible.

Loved working with them!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Wedding Design + Coordination! They balanced professionalism with also being down-to-earth and easy to work with. They exceeded our expectations and we could tell that they took the time to really get to know us in order to match the energy of our wedding vision and to make us feel like they were emotionally invested in making our day special.
