Riley really went above and beyond at our wedding. From the very start, she was professional and made our worries wash away, throughout the night she kept us on track and organized, and then at the end of the night we just had to run off. I highly highly recommend her as your coordinator! -

Elizabeth was extremely helpful during our entire wedding planning process. She was ready to answer any questions we had, offer any suggestions and just talk through whatever we needed to talk through. During wedding weekend itself, her calm demeanor kept us sane and her willingness to do whatever we needed in the moment kept things running smoothly. Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for and more, and I know part of that was due to her excellent organization and helpfulness. She even went above and beyond to climb a ladder and clean up decor as well as drop some things off for us the next day. We are so thankful that we hired her as our coordinator! -

Riley worked with us to ensure our wedding vision and ideas came to life. She was an amazing day of coordinator ensuring that everything went smoothly and the wedding stayed on track for time, even when we forgot about the timeline we set. Riley worked really well with all our other vendors to make sure everyone had what they needed and knew how we wanted the wedding to flow. In the absolutely best way possible, I can say that once the wedding was in full swing, I didn't really see Riley or notice her because she was doing her job and keeping things moving smoothly and ensuring we were enjoying our wedding as much as possible! I fully trusted that she had a handle on everything going on and tat gave me a feeling of reassurance to not have to worry. I would recommend Riley and the Evermore team for anyone planning a wedding. Riley's day of coordinator skills were much needed and greatly appreciated! -

THE BEST! If you want a vendor who knows how to make your vision come to life, this is your team! From the minute we talked on the phone for the first time to our last goodbye, Riley made our worries wash away. We almostttt thought we could handle doing all the planning ourselves, but I am SO glad we didn't and got Evermore! And for all you DIY-er brides, I suggest you do the same and let someone help you, it is worth it! We decided on a month-of-coordinator to bring it life and that's what she did. We truly felt like royalty on our day because all the little questions, direction, setup/teardown, etc was all taken care of. Our guests felt guided and can't stop talking about how beautiful the day was...and we truly attribute that to this team! -

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Evermore for a styled shoot that they coordinated this past weekend and all I can say is WOW. From start to finish, Evermore created such an organized, calm, fun, and beautiful experience. Being in the bridal industry myself for the last 6 years, I’ve met a lot of planners and have seen a lot of weddings come to life, and from the bottom of my heart, I cannot recommend Evermore enough. The flow of the entire day was flawless. The communication from Evermore was clear and concise, positive, and warm. They were able to find the perfect balance between upmost professionalism and taking direction while making you feel like you were working along side of your best friend. The bohemian style wedding they created came to life so beautifully, my jaw was on the floor the entire day. All I could say was “WOW!”. I’m a 2023 bride, getting married back home in Ohio, and I want nothing more than to have Evermore bring my bridal dreams to fruition because that’s how wonderful of an experience I had working for them. This is not a team who will ghost you in the months leading up to your wedding, only to get the final details at the last minute. This is a team of incredible women who will spend time actually getting to know you, make your dreams a reality, support you and take charge when needed, and leave you wanting to be their best friend.
