SCAM ARTIST!!!!! Everything with Alicia started off okay, we paid our deposit, got a loose guideline of the services provided and provided all of our vendor contact information. After we paid off the full balance 3 weeks later, we never really heard from her again. My fiancé repeatedly texted her, called her, attempted to setup meetings, and anytime she would give us a thumbs up, she would cancel after all of the meetings had started. We reached out to our vendors and none of them heard from her, not even once! After multiple failed attempts to get in touch with her, she finally texted back saying that she started a new job and her business was on the back burner...? No indication of fault, nothing addressing a refund, and absolutely no contact thereafter. This is 3 weeks before our wedding and we had to pay a new planner and get everything squared away. We are owed a refund in our eyes but like she has done all along, no response, no assertion, and no admission of fault, guilt, or apologies. Steer clear from this one, be assured that we will go to the local newspapers and speak with media representatives in Hartford, CT so that no one else has to put up with this headache.
