We hired Rashi a month before our wedding of 400 for the day of coordinating. Rashi took over the next day we signed the contract. She was incredible! She was the insider that we needed and that we can share all the minute details with. She went through each of our contracts, contacted each vendor with questions she had and contacted our family to introduce herself and ask if they had any questions/ special requests. Before the actual wedding day, Rashi and I must have spent several hours on the phone going over the plan and answering all my questions. We also went on a walk through at the venue where she pointed out several things I had not thought about. She created a very thorough schedule of all the vendors, us and our family members. Now to move on to the day of, Rashi was there at 6:30AM till when the night ended at 12:30AM. Rashi and her team made sure every detail was done the way we had envisioned. From our friends to our family, everyone has told us how well organized and timely our day was. We couldn't have done it without Rashi! Thank you for all the effort and time you put into our event! You made our event as if it was your family event. We appreciate everything you've done for us! Highly recommended!!

Event Nirvana has always done an amazing job. Rashi and her staff are so great at taking care of things and not having the bride/groom and families to worry about anything! They take care it all. All events I have been to have been so smooth, organized, and enjoyable to be at! They are so great to talk to and happy to do anything for you! They are really there for you as the bride/groom. Looking back on our wedding, Rashi was one the most important individuals amongst my family and friends. She played a spectrum of roles throughout the entire process and I'm so grateful to her and her outstanding team. She was the glue between our vision of our dream wedding and making sure our parents' traditional views were incorporated as well. Rashi planned my wedding many years ago. She did an excellent job with the planning, communication, and attention to detail. She did the job as perfectly as we wanted and like no one else could! She kept a schedule of our events to such detail, and kept us on time for every activity that was going on. Rashi from Event Nirvana is an amazing wedding planner. My wedding is not until July but she has been involved since we corresponded via email and has been so helpful. She is so skilled at what she does and makes the bride feel calm and relaxed. I am so happy we hired her!

Rashi is truly incredible. Her team really brought our wedding to life and made sure everything flowed smoothly. Nobody in our family had ever used an event planner for a wedding, so we were unsure if we were making the right decision. However, after checking some references, we learned Rashi is one of the best. Her pricing was also extremely reasonable given her talent.

Her team was present throughout the entire event making sure every detail worked and flowed smoothly. A month before the wedding, Rashi drafted up a timeline and began working with all the vendors. Our hotel venue, caterers, DJ, priest, decorators all reported to her. This was perfect as we all had time to attend to our guests. Despite the complexity of Indian weddings, Rashi sailed right through everything.

If you are planning a wedding (especially Indian), I would recommend Event Nirvana with my eyes closed.

Rashi was awesome! she met with my family whenever i asked, spoke to all my vendors, and organized everything to the last little detail so my parents didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. the wedding day went so smoothly it was kinda hard to believe. her staff was so sweet and really professional and kept asking all my family members if they needed anything...it was such a blessing to have them there. i definitely recommend them!!

I hired Rashi only a few months before my wedding and couldn't believe how quickly she sprung into action to make sure every detail was perfect- checking contracts with my other vendors, making sure my family knew the schedule, making sure the DJ knew exactly what I wanted. She already had a relationship with the hotel where my wedding was! I can't believe the level of personalization and care I received, and Rashi really takes the extra step to make you feel comfortable. All my wedding events went so smoothly because of her team taking care of every detail from our long ceremony to lunch, and cocktail hour to our reception. I have already been recommending her team and it doesn't hurt that she has a great price!

Rashi was not professional at all. We had to fire her and hire another wedding planner 4 weeks before our wedding. Her work was sub par, and the tasks we hired her for were not completed 4 weeks before our wedding - things that should have been done months before. She took the side of vendors often, and was clearly schmoozing and networking with vendors during our meetings rather than pushing vendors to stay on track and keep our best interests in mind. She struggled to be direct with us and vendors, and overall was inconsistent in her availability. While she was responsive, she was rarely helpful. She also involved herself in family affairs in ways that lacked boundaries and revealed a lot about her personal issues which clearly got in the way of our professional relationship.
