I was recommended Event Dynamics by our venue, The Butterfly Room. Bobby was great to work with and was quick to respond to my emails when I needed to add additional draping a month out from the wedding. Since Event Dynamics already has a working relationship with The Butterfly Room, I only had to tell Bobby what I wanted and he coordinated everything else with the venue. We asked for a specific drape pattern and Bobby and his team delivered. We got so many compliments on the draping and it really enhanced the overall look of the wedding.

We worked with Bobby at Event Dynamics for our April wedding at The Cloisters Castle, and he was a consummate professional every step of the way. He was very familiar with our venue and had a working relationship with our coordinator already, so communication was smooth, even when we requested that they put up bunting alongside the lighting after we'd already paid our deposit. He also made sure to stay flexible when it looked like it might rain and we had to make a decision on the day of the rehearsal whether to set up inside or outside. I hired this vendor for my 10/19/24 wedding. They made our ballroom look absolutely spectacular. Our room had poles throughout, and they draped them and put lights on them to look beautiful. Very easy to communicate with, and would 10/10 highly recommend

Event Dynamics was fantastic to work with for the lighting & drapery. Bobby worked with us over multiple emails to determine everything we wanted and was very flexible. On the day before, the installer noticed something seemed off in the notes with the drapery and communicated with us to make sure it was set up correctly.
