We worked with Bobby at Event Dynamics for our April wedding at The Cloisters Castle, and he was a consummate professional every step of the way. He was very familiar with our venue and had a working relationship with our coordinator already, so communication was smooth, even when we requested that they put up bunting alongside the lighting after we'd already paid our deposit. He also made sure to stay flexible when it looked like it might rain and we had to make a decision on the day of the rehearsal whether to set up inside or outside. The lighting and bunting looked gorgeous in the end! You highly recommend working with Event Dynamics to take your wedding lighting to the next level.

I hired this vendor for my 10/19/24 wedding. They made our ballroom look absolutely spectacular. Our room had poles throughout, and they draped them and put lights on them to look beautiful. Very easy to communicate with, and would 10/10 highly recommend

On the day before, the installer noticed something seemed off in the notes with the drapery and communicated with us to make sure it was set up correctly.
