When we were initially scouting out vendors for our wedding, we were surprised at the overwhelmingly and all positive reviews online, and figured most of them were probably fake or bot reviews. Nonetheless, after our hotel coordinator recommended the RJ best team, and seeing their decor online, we were excited to engage with them as their decor options seemed vast and in line with what we were looking for. After initial idea generations and calls, to signing our contracts, to working with the team for months leading up to our wedding - I truly can understand and attest to why the RJ best team has the best reviews and why they are truly incredible to work with. Raj was incredibly patient, spending countless hours on calls with us (many calls throughout the process I should add) and worked with us to make every wish come to life, even when we’d change our mind and scrap an initial idea. The best part was, he listened to all the specificities he knew were important to us and our family and took a lot of care to make sure it would turn out the way we imagined it. And it truly did. The decor was spectacular and even better than we had ever hoped for. I’m so happy we chose RJ best, and we’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. Thank you Raj and team!!

We worked with RJ Best Events for all three of our wedding events, and I genuinely can’t recommend them enough. Each event had its own personality, and somehow they made every space feel completely unique - glamorous, colorful, and full of warmth. The flowers were unbelievably fresh (so many people commented on them!), and every little design detail felt intentional and beautifully executed.

RJ Best Events did a great job with decor for our reception at the Conrad hotel. Raj executed our vision while staying in budget and was very easy to work with!

Raj, aka RJ Best Events, provided us a wonderful mandap for our wonderful day. In addition, the Ganesha table was also lovely and the faux flower arch design gave our ceremonies just the right pop of color. Raj was attentive and engaged - frequently looping us into his design process via phone call and email. The weather forecast was dodgy for our big day, but Raj managed to pivot by bringing our Mandap indoors, which I'm sure was no easy feat. It was obvious that he cares about the quality of his work and the experience it provides for his clients. Would recommend.

The events include a Sangeet and Wedding which RJ best events provided beautiful decor. My family and friends were blown away by everything, backdrop, furniture, centerpieces, Radha/ Krishna table and signage as well as acrylic stage, steps and Ganesh and entry table. Overall I was impressed with their quick response and professionalism. Highly recommend for any Indian wedding Sangeet or event.

I have used Raj Best Events to do floral decorations in our son’s wedding. Initially, when I looked around I couldn’t find any one doing stage back drops and floral work together. Raj Best Events is the only one who does these two together, they are high end florist. Usual florists will do only table floral works, not stage back drops. They presented plans and pictures from their website through virtual meetings. We picked stage decoration, table florals, isle florals, etc. months before and paid advance. One day before the event, I texted Raj to decorate the chairs bride and groom going to sit at wedding ceremony, they made it beautiful without any additional charge. I strongly recommend Raj and Jyothi for any wedding floral and stage decorations. They are full fledged florists.

We were initially split between wedding planner choices at the beginning, given we had another planner we had previously worked with for a family wedding. However, a few calls with Satya and Jay, and we knew they would be a fantastic team for our 2 day and 4 event wedding. They were always prepared and ahead of everything (even when we weren’t) and kept us in check throughout the whole process. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, and there were many things I forgot to plan for that Satya was already ahead of me on. It made the weekend of that much smoother (for us and our family) and it allowed us to truly be in the moment that weekend. The cherry on top was their amazing personalities. The RJ best team makes you feel like an extension of family, and the care and effort they put in your weekend truly reflects that. They go above and beyond, with a smile on their face the whole time and that energy alone makes you feel at ease on an already chaotic weekend. They made the journey less stressful and we actually enjoyed the whole planning process, which now looking back, was truly because of Satya and Jay. Thank you both for the most memorable weekend!

RJ Best Events did a great job on our wedding. Their 5 star reviews are well earned and deserved. We got married at the Lord Baltimore in April of 2025. Raj did a great job with putting together a plan for the decor within our budget. We weren't sure what to expect on the day of but he and Jyothe really pulled it off and did an incredible job with the florals and decor along with the rest of their team.

We also had Satya for wedding day coordination and DJ Jay for music and they both also did a phenomenal job as well. They were flexible and really helped make the day go well. We really appreciate their responsiveness. Special shout-out as well to Priya, one of Satya's assistants who was with us for much of the day. She accompanied us while we did pre-wedding photos and did a great job helping the photographer capture some incredible shots of us. Having her and the rest of the RJ Best Team made the day much easier and we are really happy we hired them.
