Working with RJ BEST EVENTS was an absolute dream! Raj went above and beyond to bring our vision to life — every detail felt personal, thoughtful, and so us. From the very beginning, he took the time to really get to know us, making it a priority to understand our story and create something that truly embodied our love.
Raj made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, and his calm, creative energy made planning so enjoyable. What meant so much to us was how he and Jyoti kept our traditional and religious needs in mind every step of the way, ensuring everything felt authentic and meaningful. On top of everything, they made sure everything was done to perfection without worrying us when things went side ways (which in an Indian wedding...happens a lot!).
Raj and Jyoti are a couple who truly loves creating art around each and every love story — and I can say with full confidence that’s exactly what they did with our beautiful Hindu wedding events décor.

Raj, aka RJ Best Events, provided us a wonderful mandap for our wonderful day. In addition, the Ganesha table was also lovely and the faux flower arch design gave our ceremonies just the right pop of color. Raj was attentive and engaged - frequently looping us into his design process via phone call and email. The weather forecast was dodgy for our big day, but Raj managed to pivot by bringing our Mandap indoors, which I'm sure was no easy feat. It was obvious that he cares about the quality of his work and the experience it provides for his clients. Would recommend.RJ Best Events's reply:

The events include a Sangeet and Wedding which RJ best events provided beautiful decor. My family and friends were blown away by everything, backdrop, furniture, centerpieces, Radha/ Krishna table and signage as well as acrylic stage, steps and Ganesh and entry table. I have used Raj Best Events to do floral decorations in our son’s wedding. Initially, when I looked around I couldn’t find any one doing stage back drops and floral work together. Raj Best Events is the only one who does these two together, they are high end florist. Usual florists will do only table floral works, not stage back drops. They presented plans and pictures from their website through virtual meetings. We picked stage decoration, table florals, isle florals, etc. months before and paid advance. One day before the event, I texted Raj to decorate the chairs bride and groom going to sit at wedding ceremony, they made it beautiful without any additional charge. I strongly recommend Raj and Jyothi for any wedding floral and stage decorations. They are full fledged florists.RJ Best Events's reply:

We were initially split between wedding planner choices at the beginning, given we had another planner we had previously worked with for a family wedding. However, a few calls with Satya and Jay, and we knew they would be a fantastic team for our 2 day and 4 event wedding. They were always prepared and ahead of everything (even when we weren’t) and kept us in check throughout the whole process. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, and there were many things I forgot to plan for that Satya was already ahead of me on. It made the weekend of that much smoother (for us and our family) and it allowed us to truly be in the moment that weekend. The cherry on top was their amazing personalities. The RJ best team makes you feel like an extension of family, and the care and effort they put in your weekend truly reflects that. They go above and beyond, with a smile on their face the whole time and that energy alone makes you feel at ease on an already chaotic weekend. They made the journey less stressful and we actually enjoyed the whole planning process, which now looking back, was truly because of Satya and Jay. RJ Best Events took care of decor for both our Sangeet and the traditional Tamil wedding events. I am very happy to say that we had the most awesome experience with Raj! From the time we got his contact details from a friend to the time we finished our wedding events, the support and attention we got from Raj was nothing short of AWESOME! And the AWESOME went to SUPER AWESOME when we met Jyothi! This Raj-Jyothi team is the most pleasant, cheerful, friendly and super accommodating couple that I have seen! Throughout the process, Raj was super responsive, patient with all our needs, and went above and beyond to provide the most beautiful decor for both our events! He was always suggesting the most beautiful enhancements to the decor and provided several such beautiful pieces, some even extra without us asking! Many of our guests took photos with the decor background and I am sure these will make it to their profile pictures!

And it was all complete and ready well in time for the events to begin.
RJ Best Events did the decor for my daughter's Hindu Wedding Ceremony and the evening reception. Raj listened to our requirements attentively and recommended the best options with the help of pictures making it easy for us to visualize. He provided us a number of options we could choose from and was even ready to procure new decor pieces to realize our vision. Raj was familiar with the venue and was able to suggest ideas based on his experience with the venue. The end product was better than we had expected. Raj was not pushy but gently pointed out why some options will not work and recommended alternates. They were flexible to come and complete the decor at a time that worked for both the venue and us.

Jay and Satya were our day-of wedding coordinators, but they went above and beyond throughout the month prior to our wedding to make sure our wedding day was seamless!
Prior to the wedding day, they reached out to all our vendors and made sure everything was in order and put together a thorough timeline. They accompanied us to our venue walkthrough and created a great floor plan while familiarizing themselves with the venue. They were very responsive and friendly throughout the whole process. Whenever there were any hiccups during the wedding day, they kept us in the loop and took care of things. We could rest easy knowing that if there was anything we needed assistance with, Jay and Satya would be able to handle it with great aplomb. Our friends and families only had great things to say about the both of them. They are such a fun and sweet couple and we had a lovely time working with them.

I had an incredible experience working with Raja from RJ Best Events for my wedding in Baltimore.
Right off the bat, Raja was very personable and enjoyable to work. He was incredibly accommodating with the timing for our frequent zoom meetings (since we were planning the wedding from out of state), and was able to set up multiple meetings with us as we kept evolving our vision. He has a keen eye for color coordination and stage design, which really helped us create a stage better that we had initially envisioned.
Fast forwarding a few months and Raja and his team delivered an excellent end-product for our stage set up for our Mehndi night and again the following day for the wedding ceremony. We highly recommend him and his team for decorations/stage design for your upcoming events.RJ Best Events's reply:

RJ events was absolutely incredible and made our Sangeet night come alive. The backdrop and decor was beautiful but what impressed us the most was Raj's ability to be very communicative and professional. The week of our wedding we learned there would be rain and him and his team were on top of things immediately in creating a back up plan. We even had to pivot venue locations the NIGHT BEFORE and Raj's team still made our wedding ceremony look beautiful on the water. 5 stars - highly recommend working them :)RJ Best Events's reply:

Best event decorating services!
RJ Best Events was amazing!! They transformed our venue (a ski lodge) into a beautiful, colorful, vibrant event space. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the final result was. There was no detail that wasn't thought of.
Leading up to the event, Raj was incredibly easy to work with. From our initial consultation, he took our Pinterest board and transformed our vision into reality. He was detail-oriented, thoughtful, and self-sufficient. We would highly recommend RJ Best Events!!RJ Best Events's reply:

A Grand Wedding
Raja and Jyothi (RJ Decors) are excellent to work with. Everything was planned on a zoom call which didn’t seem to be a hassle as even the simplest doubts were clarified from the start till the day after the wedding. The design recommendations, discussing new ideas, thinking out of the box along with coordinations with external partners seemed like everything fell in place on the wedding day. I started the process not knowing what I really wanted. My initial consultation was so helpful. RJ Events shared their expertise and asked good probing questions to find out what we wanted for our event. The final product was more than we could have imagined. raj & his team provided decor beyond my wildest dreams! he took the time to set up as many calls as it took to understand my vision exactly and enjoyed being able to discuss every detail in depth, so there was no miscommunication or confusion
after months of calls, he was still flexible in altering decor to accommodate our needs if we requested as such
his team was meticulous, they created the most extraordinarily enchanting mandap for my wedding (people would not stop complimenting the mandap), the centerpieces for the table were the perfect mix of elegance and simplicity, the candle wall was magical, and the outside arch was nothing short of what i had hoped, with perfect genuine floral arrangements
additionally, raj & his wife jyothi were so kind and warm and overjoyed to be a part of the wedding and spread warm wishes to me and my husband, i am so happy they attended - by the end of the process, it feels as though we have all become friends

These decorators are great! We were very impressed with the speed, quality and price of their service. When we inquired about their services, the decorator scheduled a call with us. On this call, we went over various options and had an estimate for how much we'll be paying as well as what part of the decorations we wanted to do ourselves. On the day of the event, they delivered with quality the things that were promised on the call.
Raj has been very responsive throughout the whole ordeal and our Baby Shower went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend their services!

RJ Best Events did a really exceptional job turning our vision into a reality. RIght from the haldi ceremony to wedding and reception, they made sure each and every request were considered and all the color schemes were right on target. They worked very well with our hotel Delta Hotels to set up the stage and other details. Raj and Jyoti really knew what I wanted and were able to deliver exactly the same to me for my 2 part wedding. Because of COVID my wedding was rescheduled 3 times and each time Raj and Jyoti were able to accommodate what I needed.RJ Best Events's reply:

Mr. Raj and jyothe are very nice! Always easy with communication and quick response. I did 3 events with them all were awesome. Always very flexible with our idea as well. Always bring new ideas. I love it ! Decoration is my hobby so I am very specific about it but she never disappoints me. I will always hire them whenever I need to do decoration!!RJ Best Events's reply:

We worked with Jay as our DJ and audio tech for our 2-day wedding. Jay is an extremely nice person and a good human being - he was very responsive and thorough in all our meetings and emails, and he was very professional from start to finish. He attended the walkthroughs and offered great suggestions, and was also quick to fix any potential mishaps during the event. He was also very open and fair about his contract and pricing, and flexible in providing us with what we needed. His process for music selection and timeline was very systematic, and he also MCd in several placed that helped to guide the crowd. I recommend Jay to all desi couples looking for a wedding DJ+audio tech.
Here are some specific thoughts I had additionally -
- The DJing transitions could have been quicker to allow people to get more dancing in. I noted that people were getting bored of the music in some cases because more than half the song was played before the transition to the next song came
- There were a few moments where the sound level seemed either too high or too low, but Jay fixed it promptly when mentioned.
- One of the mics did not work briefly, but Jay replaced it promptly.
All in all, thank you very much Jay! -

Wedding and Reception Decor
We had a wonderful experience with wedding decor from RJ best events! They were super organized, presented us with so many different decor options, and really made our vision come to life on our special wedding day. They spent so much time with us going over all the details, and we were able to work with them to pick and choose all the pieces of decor that we loved. They took our vision and executed it so beautifully, suggesting things that would truly elevate the decor look and that made all the difference on our big day! Raj and Jyothi were the nicest people we could have asked to work with. They were extremely flexible and did a phenomenal job with our wedding decor. They communicated with us through out the whole process and we are so grateful for their skill and kindness.
