Working with John was AMAZING!! John was so helpful with our timeline and logistic planning leading up to the wedding, making sure we felt confident going into such a big day! He helped make sure our wedding ran smoothly, and he was so great to work with! Would highly recommend for your own event planning!

We cannot thank John and the entire Event DJs team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! We knew we were in great hands from the very beginning. John met with us over the last year multiple times, making sure we had every detail from the time line to the reception vibes mapped out. We didn’t have a planner or day of coordinator and honestly we didn’t need one. John kept the day organized and running smoothly, not once were we behind schedule. He even provided us with advice and suggestions on how to stay in the moment with one another on the day. What was a special treat was getting a book of all the Photo Booth pictures taken thru ought the night so we have that to treasure and laugh at forever! Once that dance floor opened he knew exactly what to play to get the party started and kept it going until the very end. We’ve received nothing but compliments from family and friends saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to! All in all you cannot go wrong with John and the Event DJs team - we give them a 10000 out of 10!

EventDJs was 100% the correct decision in booking my wedding entertainment. DJ John checked on me and my husband throughout the night and accommodated any requests that we had. Before the wedding John took time to get to know us as a couple and our vision for the night. He acted with care and professionalism. I would love to recommend EventDJs again and again!

Event DJs honestly were an integral part of our planning! John met with us multiple times, asking all the right questions, including ones we never thought of!
John officiated our wedding and incorporated personal moments from how we met, our personal values, and let us take part in the editing process to ensure that the speech and vows were aligned to what we wanted.
In the planning process, he shared timelines and where traditional events would happen (bouquet toss, dances, etc.) but always echoed that it was ultimately up to us. We truly felt like we were the only couple he was working with at the time. He also gave us tips on how to cope with stress and stay in the moment for the day.

On our day, he asked us how we were feeling and if there was anything he can do while his partner started setting up. He constantly checked in to make sure we stayed on time and that we were doing alright. Without him, I don't think we would have kept our timeline.

Lastly, the dancefloor was always popping! Event Djs ensured that all our music we requested was played. All of our guests raved on how great the reception was.

John and Curtis with Event DJs were incredible from start to finish. We quickly learned that a DJ is more than just the music person, but someone who helps the whole day run smoothly. In the first few minutes of getting to the venue, John made sure to visit both my fiance and myself to ease our minds and offer any support. We had so much peace knowing that John and Curtis were handling the flow of the day, and they didn’t disappoint! They also put on an amazing party, the dance floor stayed packed the entire night because it was banger after banger! We didn't have a super clear vision for what we wanted in music, but John and Curtis were able to take our random thoughts and ideas and turn it into the best night ever. They knew what we wanted before we did, ha! We couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

Choosing this DJ was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They spent so much time with us before the big day, meeting multiple times to make sure every detail was covered and everything flowed perfectly. It was clear from the start how dedicated they were to making our wedding special.

When it came time for the day, they completely exceeded our expectations. The music selection was perfect, the transitions were seamless, and the energy on the dance floor never slowed down. Guests of all ages were dancing all night, and people are still telling us how much fun they had.

John was an absolute delight to work with! We wanted to work with someone who could take our interests and run with it, and John did just that. Our calls leading up to the wedding were so fun and so informative. John gave us all the tools we could possibly need to prepare for our wedding. We talked through the timeline, the dances, what traditions we did and did not want to include, etc. and John always had helpful recommendations when we were uncertain. On our wedding day, John was so enthusiastic and so involved. He was checking in with us and our bridal party, snapping pictures that he later shared with us, and (seemingly) effortlessly steering the party based on the vibes.
