John was an absolute delight to work with! We wanted to work with someone who could take our interests and run with it, and John did just that. Our calls leading up to the wedding were so fun and so informative. John gave us all the tools we could possibly need to prepare for our wedding. We talked through the timeline, the dances, what traditions we did and did not want to include, etc. and John always had helpful recommendations when we were uncertain. On our wedding day, John was so enthusiastic and so involved. He was checking in with us and our bridal party, snapping pictures that he later shared with us, and (seemingly) effortlessly steering the party based on the vibes. We could not recommend John and his team more! It was an absolute pleasure to get to work with him!

John helped us create a timeline and music plan that felt completely us. On the wedding day, he kept everything running smoothly and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. The music flowed perfectly, it honestly felt like a soundtrack to the evening, starting with those fun vintage tunes and building into a full-on party.

Curtis and the live musicians were incredible during our ceremony and cocktail hour. Their sound fit the theme perfectly and made the whole experience feel so special. We can’t say enough good things about Event DJs. They didn’t just play music, they helped create an atmosphere we’ll never forget!

I cannot rave about John and his company enough! This man exceeded our expeditions in every way possible, going above and beyond what you’d expect of any DJ (or wedding planner for that matter). John not only set up several meetings to ensure that our day was just as we envisioned, but he held our hand throughout the entire whirlwind of the planing process. He reached out to our other vendors to ensure the day ran smoothly, and even visited our reception site (without us even knowing) weeks prior because he truly cares that much. The vibe that John curated was pure magic. This guy knows how to read a room and keep people on their feet (the vibes were contagious). There are truly not enough words to give justice to the service this company provided. John told my fiancé and I that if we needed anything throughout the night (and I mean anything) to give him a look and he’d handle it and he was not lying. Our wedding was less than two weeks ago and I’ve already had 3 people reach out to me asking for his info. Hiring John and Event DJs was hands down the best vendor decision we made!
