We hired Lauren for our videography services. Unfortunately, she had a family emergency and was unable to attend our wedding. However, Lauren let us know right away and said she would find a replacement or refund her fees. We were definitely expecting to have to ask friends to film our ceremony because we didn't want her to worry about us, but within 2 days, Lauren found us another videographer and we didn't have to worry about changing the contract or the cost! I've had the pleasure of seeing Lauren's work for other ceremonies and it's wonderful! If you're looking for professionalism, Lauren is your girl!
