Espresso Subito brings a full mobile espresso and coffee bar to weddings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, Sonoma, and Wine Country. Since 1998, we’ve helped couples give their guests something warm, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable to gather around.

Our professional baristas prepare drinks fresh to order, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, cold brew, specialty drinks, and espresso martinis, with decaf and non-dairy options available. We can also create seasonal drinks, custom menus, and many of the coffee recipes currently trending on TikTok and Instagram.

What couples tend to appreciate most is how easy we make the experience. We bring the equipment, coffee bar setup, cups, supplies, and service team, then handle setup, service, and breakdown. We’re accustomed to working alongside wedding planners, caterers, venues, and other event professionals, so the coffee service fits naturally into the flow of the day rather than becoming another detail for you to manage.

Our coffee is roasted exclusively for Espresso Subito by Moschetti Artisan Roaster, a family-owned, small-batch roastery based in Vallejo. The coffee is delivered to us within days of roasting, giving our baristas an exceptionally fresh foundation for every drink we serve.

Your coffee bar can also be customized to suit the look and personality of your celebration. Depending on the event, we can personalize menus, cups, carts, and presentation, and we’re happy to work with you on signature drinks or special requests. Whether your wedding is modern, elegant, relaxed, intimate, or large-scale, our goal is to make the coffee service feel like it belongs there.

Espresso Subito has served events at venues throughout Northern California, including the California Academy of Sciences, Nickel & Nickel Winery, W Hotel, Marriott, Handlery Hotel, SF Symphony Hall, Stanford University, and many more. We’ve also served events for organizations and brands including Tiffany & Co., Saks Fifth Avenue, Disney, and Macy’s Union Square.

We welcome all couples and celebrations. From an intimate Wine Country reception to a large San Francisco wedding, we tailor staffing and service to the size and needs of your event. We typically book one event per day so our team can give each celebration the attention it deserves.
