This barn can accommodate up to 200 guests for nuptial celebrations, boasting 2,800-square-feet of event space that is climate controlled for comfort The venue offers a rustic yet elegant ambiance, with high beamed ceilings and timber-framed walls. With stunning chandeliers and string lighting, the room emits a soft romantic glow. The tall barn doors open out onto a patio space, allowing guests to enjoy the balmy Oklahoma air and take pleasure in waterfront views and endless skies This property contains a luxurious get-ready suite for the wedding party to prepare for the festivities. Equipped with a private kitchen for refreshments and a porch and lounge area, newlyweds-to-be will enjoy a relaxing start to their day.

Services Offered

Soon-to-be-wed couples may rent this property for up to 15 hours, providing ample time for ceremonies and reception. They can also access the grounds in advance of the event for engagement photos, and wedding rehearsals. The dedicated team at this location offers a range of wedding embellishments, preventing couples from needing to source necessities elsewhere. This includes a mix of 16 round tables and 7 rectangular tables for the cocktail hour and reception. They can provide white wooden chairs for on-site ceremonies, along with walnut chairs for receptions. Staff will take care of the setup and breakdown of the event, allowing couples to relax and enjoy the celebrations. Music can be played both indoors and outdoors, and a range of lighting options are available. This team welcomes outside vendors, such as caterers, florists, and photographers. A catering kitchen is available for caterers to use. While this team is happy to liaise with a wedding planner, an event rep from the ranch will also be available on-site throughout the celebrations to offer assistance.

Breathtaking venue, and a magical evening I will never forget!

We had the best night of our lives thus far! This venue is just perfect. The views are breathtaking and the space is everything we hoped it would be. The owners are so supportive and gave us many options and accommodated our many requests. The bridal suite is gorgeous and the grooms hang out space is so perfect and fun! We were glad we had the whole day to enjoy what they had to offer. The wedding went off without a hitch and the lighting, sounds, and dancing at the reception was magical. Please give this place a tour before booking a wedding anywhere else! ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing! everything went so smoothly and very easy to communicate with the owner. Created such great and special memories here, and SO beautiful!! DJ Vendor for wedding

I DJ for my friends wedding here in September. Staff sent out emails that had pictures of exactly where to set up. When I arrived on site someone was there to meet with me and check in. The views of this place were absolutely stunning! Staff was super accommodating and answered all my questions!

Wedding of my dreams!

I had a wonderful experiencing having my wedding at Esperanza Ranch!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has stunning, breathtaking views. The property was well maintained and spotless. They had everything we could possibly need, and more! The coordinator was very helpful and made sure everything was set up as planned. The staff was so kind and respectful. I have recommended them to all of my friends looking for a wedding venue!
