Esperanza Ranch is a beautiful venue! From the moment you drive onto the property you recognize that you are at a special place! The staff is a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Anytime I had a question or needed something they were knowledgeable and helpful. They work hard to make your special day one to remember!!!

This venue is the most gorgeous place to host a wedding. The staff was very helpful and extremely professional.

I recently had the most enchanting experience at this barn wedding venue, and I can't give it anything less than five stars! From the moment we arrived, the rustic charm and natural beauty of the surroundings left us in awe.

The venue's picturesque location, nestled among rolling hills and framed by a serene countryside, set the stage for a truly unforgettable wedding. The barn itself was a masterpiece of design, elegantly decorated with a perfect blend of rustic and romantic touches. Weathered wooden beams and soft, twinkle lights created an atmosphere that was both cozy and enchanting.

What truly set this venue apart, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From our very first meeting, they were dedicated to making our day special and memorable. They worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was taken care of flawlessly, leaving us with nothing to worry about but enjoying our celebration.

Amazing! everything went so smoothly and very easy to communicate with the owner. Created such great and special memories here, and SO beautiful!! We enjoyed this venue so much. they make sure that you are happy with your experience and give you the best service. everyone loved this place including the kids, there is so much to do and so fun for everyone. So glad we spent such an amazing night here!

Beautiful place and very professional

I DJ for my friends wedding here in September. Staff sent out emails that had pictures of exactly where to set up. When I arrived on site someone was there to meet with me and check in. The views of this place were absolutely stunning! Staff was super accommodating and answered all my questions!

I had a wonderful experiencing having my wedding at Esperanza Ranch!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has stunning, breathtaking views. The property was well maintained and spotless. They had everything we could possibly need, and more! The coordinator was very helpful and made sure everything was set up as planned. The staff was so kind and respectful. I have recommended them to all of my friends looking for a wedding venue!

I am so relieved I got married at Esperanza Ranch. Mindy went above and beyond to help turn my vision into a reality. Their communication with me throughout the process was seamless - I was worried about it since I live an hour and a half away in Tulsa! But, they helped so much by sending me pictures of the venue, meeting with me consistently, and even offering me to use decor for free, etc. The venue itself was breathtaking. It even rained on my wedding day (bride’s worst nightmare), BUT the sunset was beautiful and the team sprung into action to make sure everything went according to plan. I 1000% recommend Esperanza Ranch.

We had our event last year on the property and it was amazing. We had around 200 people and they were indoor and outdoor and everyone had an amazing time. Would highly recommend

Beautiful, breaking taking atmosphere to spend a special, memorable night! Owner is very professional and easy to communicate with. Everything planned and discussed in the month out meeting came to life wedding day perfectly!

We booked this wedding for the views. The flowers, the waterfall, the pond, the barn... I mean, everything was picture perfect. We loved that the barn has AC in it too. Oklahoma was a little warm for our day but staff made sure everything was cooled down for our guests. we cant wait to share our pictures.

What a dream! The whole day was amazing. the staff was helpful from set up to tear down. All of our guests had a great time on property. We loved having the options of indoor/outdoor set up.

I had my eye on this venue before we even got engaged. It was the only venue we looked at. It's GORGEOUS!! Sierra was absolutely wonderful to work with! What I loved about this place was that it's so pretty on its own, I knew I didn't need a lot of decor or florals. Speaking of decor, they have a whole room full of decor that you can use! We used their dark wood arch, got married in front of the waterfall, and had the reception in the barn. I had a little smores bar outside and they lit the fire pits for that. The bridal suite is just as gorgeous, with a stocked fridge of seltzer water, Dr Peppers, ginger ale, and water! It was more than enough for my three bridesmaids and myself! I was made to feel like a princess, and Sierra even spent the time to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed before I walked down the aisle. I highly recommend this gorgeous venue, not just for the looks, but because of how well you will be treated!

First off I want to say pictures don’t begin to do justice for how beautiful and peaceful of a location this is. The whole venue from the barn, the lodge, the suite, the waterfalls and ponds it is absolutely stunning. We knew from that first meeting with Mindy this was the place that was going to make our wedding dreams come true.

Pictures don't do this place justice. You have to see it to believe it! The property is beautiful and a very relaxing and peaceful place for a wedding. The bridal and grooms suites are the perfect places to get ready on your wedding day. The staff was very kind and helpful! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

This is a beautiful property. The landscape lights are amazing.

A magical day gone bad, due to obviously untrained employees that were incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I have never experienced such horrific treatment of guests as I did when I was at this venue. So many people flew or drove from long distances to see a bride and groom on what was supposed to be one of their most memorable nights. Only to see this venue ruin it. It was absolutely shameful! Bride was in tears all day and night!

Attended a wedding here as a guest as well as provided hair to the wedding party and I have never walked into a bridal suite with so much stress and disappointment all bc of the venue! The whole staff was rude and completely inflexible with every situation that arose. Every move of the guests as well as the party was watched and policed, even followed people out to their vehicles. The whole thing was so uncomfortable everyone left hours early just to go somewhere else! So not worth it!
