Kimpton EPIC Hotel is an elegant, modern wedding and rehearsal dinner venue located in Miami, Florida. We offer a breathtaking setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our luxurious hotel rooms and suites offer a necessary sanctuary for wedding guests and your wedding party. We have everything to create a truly unforgettable wedding reception or celebration!

Facilities and Capacity
Kimpton EPIC Hotel offers spectacular views and three different indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings and other events. Couples may host up to 250 guests at this venue. Choose from unique event spaces, including a unique ballroom featuring over 4,000 square feet, hand-blown glass globes and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Downtown Miami. The pool deck is on the 16th floor and offers a panoramic view and is the ideal backdrop for a rehearsal dinner, post-wedding brunch or wedding party. Bride and groom suites are available for pre-wedding preparations.

Highly recommend

Our wedding venue was an absolute dream come true! From the picturesque surroundings to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The flexibility and responsiveness of the venue staff contributed to a stress-free planning process.

Our experience with the Kimpton Epic's Direcror of social catering Holly Poff was nothing short of amazing! Her dedication and expertise in handling our wedding preparations were outstanding. From the initial planning stages to the actual day, she demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and attention to detail. Her guidance and support made the entire process seamless, and we felt confident that our special day was in capable hands. Holly’s commitment to ensuring every detail met our expectations truly exceeded our hopes.

Epic wedding

PERFECT: having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be.

This is what a wedding at the Epic is.

There are no words to describe the magical and EPIC wedding we had this past October at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in downtown Miami. Everything at this venue is flawless, from the food to the views to the Director of Catering, Holly.

Planning a wedding requires a lot of time, energy, and sleepless nights at times. However, I can say that as soon as I selected this venue, a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

This hotel is incredibly hospitable, everything is so chic and elegant, the guests were wowed from the moment they entered the building to the moment the party finished. I have a friend who had been to three weddings this year and she said this one was the wedding of the year.

This was truly the best wedding turn out I could ever ask for. Communication was prompt every single time and they do an amazing job at making you feel as if you are the only couple getting married that year. We had such a perfect personalized customer experience.

Also, if the budget is an important factor for you big day, you can relax. Prices and packages are reasonable and affordable, and worth every single penny.

The Best Ever!

The Epic Hotel is the best hotel in Miami that houses every single need you may possibly need. My husband and I hosted a 200 hundred person wedding and the hotel was able to accommodate everyone with a great room block and beautiful reception space and wrap around balcony. The suites were absolutely gorgeous and we have the most beautiful portraits with the best view of the city. The wedding reception flowed smoothly and Tricia really knew how to stay on the timeline and keep everything and every vendor organized. The food was superb and the beverage package was fantastic. The epic really knew how to house an EPIC wedding. The Hotel was able to host our rehearsal dinner/ party as well in their beautiful sky lounge and people are still talking about the views. I highly recommend the hotel for all your event needs. The Epic catering team and hotel staff is professional, knows how to work together, and excellent at what they do. I would say to run, don't walk to book The Epic Hotel.

Amazing Hotel and Staff

I planned my dream wedding at the Epic Hotel for May 2, 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 we had to cancel and I was devastated and we were unable to reschedule due to availability. Patricia, our main point of contact was beyond AMAZING and helpful. She made the whole planning experience so enjoyable - she was beyond responsive and professional. She did multiple tours for me and my family, always answered immediately and sent very detailed recap notes after every meeting. When we had to make the hard choice to cancel, she made everything so easy and was beyond supportive. I couldn't recommend this venue more and I'm beyond sad we won't be able to see our dream wedding all the way through.

My dream wedding

There is not enough words in the world to express the gratitude I have for Patricia and the entire Epic team! Our wedding was in 10/27/2018 and it was a true dream come true and out of a fairytale! Every question, every detail was handled with such love and care, that trusting them with our vision was easy! Patricia is an angel on earth! She is so professional and a friend at the same time! Through my million questions and concerns, she was always there to assure me that everything would turn out perfect and she wasn’t kidding! We even had a situation in which we had to change things around 3 weeks before the wedding and Patricia guided me in the right direction, calmed all my nerves and took charge! My wedding was perfect and it’s all thanks to them! The food, the accommodations (Guillermo from the room coordination is amazing!) and the communication was top notch! I wish I could re-do my wedding again and again exactly the same way! Thank you Patricia and the Epic team for making my dreams come true!

Best venue ever

The EPIC hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Patricia was wonderful for the planning process and always answered all of our questions. The venue itself was beautiful with an organized staff. Their catering was incredible as many guests told us it was the BEST wedding food they have ever had.

The team at the Epic was superb and helped to make our wedding absolutely PERFECT! Lissette and Chanel helped with accommodating my guests with their rooms before the big day. Patricia came on board once we had already booked with the Epic and she didn't miss a beat. She made me feel comfortable and her communication and professionalism were above par. Michael also helped to make our day run smooth and without any hiccups. Nelson was the man of the night! Everyone was talking about Nelson and how attentive he was to my husband and me, as well as my family. His customer service was impeccable! All in all, I am elated that we chose the Epic to host our wedding as it was our BEST DAY EVER!!

This is one of the best reception venues in South Florida! I married my husband in November 2016 and I am so happy that I choose this reception venue. From the beginning working with Lourdes R. was a pleasure. She was helpful, professional and hands on. She was there from the start of the reception to the end. I could not ask for a better banquet manager.

EPIC hotel was the best decision I could have ever made for my venue. It was everything I was looking for: sleek chic sophisticated modern elegance in the heart of the city. Beautiful ceremony/reception room, the best food options & package. Now that my wedding has passed I found even more reasons why EPIC was meant to be. First & foremost, the staff were incredible. I could not have asked for anyone better to work with than Stacy Rosario. She was professional, always got back to me/my mother promptly, was very organized, detail oriented and not to mention the biggest sweetheart. I am an out of town bride and was nervous about things but Stacy was there with a good attitude & a smile & got things done! I was so appreciative of her help I almost cried seeing her on my wedding night. She even apparently found out where I was going for my honeymoon & surprised me & the groom with a plate full of our favorite in our honeymoon suite: chocolate covered strawberries! But they weren't just any chocolate covered strawberries - they had chocolate Mickie Mouses on top (we went to Disney for our honeymoon!). We also had an ice bucket full of our favorite beverages after our wedding which was so thoughtful! Ah and Chris - he was also so very helpful answering all my questions - such a pro and on top of things! Even helped us when he didn't have to with our bridal and groom getting ready rooms! EPIC also provides you with your own butler. Ours was Nelson and he was incredible - he brought us drinks, food, anything the groom & I needed throughout the night! This man made sure to keep us relaxed, hydrated, fed and happy. We are so very appreciative for that! And the foooood! Everyone gave us so many complements on how the wedding food was like a 5 star restaurant! Everything was so spectacular & I have never felt like such a VIP in my life! Worth every penny and can't wait to come back for our anniversary!
