We had our wedding at Eos in Paso Robles, and we were very happy with our choice! We held the reception in front of the rock fountain by the tasting room, then had appetizers down in the cellar below the building, then dinner in the dining room. The first time I saw that dining room I knew I wanted to have my wedding there (this was years before we were engaged!) The many layers of meeting areas and gardens provide a diversity of options for couples. We also had pictures taken down in the vineyards by an oak tree, and they came out beautifully!
We also had Katy Smith do our wedding coordinating. She was fabulous! She has a very calm and collected demeanor, which kept us calm throughout the process. She is very professional and thorough. She helped us make good wine choices and was willing to pitch in ideas and help wherever she could. I definitely recommend Eos and Katy Smith :)
