The Encore team were wonderful. They were always quick to respond to inquiries and they delivered the rentals on time to my wedding. The delivery men were kind and went out of their way to help us out. I would recommend Encore to anyone.

Encore was the perfect one stop shop for our rental needs! Our venue required us to rent everything- from tables to forks which before we had found Encore seemed like a very difficult task! We had the pleasure of working with Marina in the Petaluma office who was not only extremely helpful in assessing our rental needs, but was also super responsive, organized and a pleasure to work with. Our event went so smoothly because we were set up with the right equipment and supplies!

Buyer beware of this vendor -we rented a few items from them for a wedding. Final contract came back with over $400 in charges that were stated as $0 on my original contract. After finally being allowed to speak to someone about these charges - they agreed to waive part of them but I ended up paying over $200 in charges that were not disclosed until a few days before my large event - owner acknowledges this but didn't make it right. Rent from La Tavola, Celebrations, anyone else has the same or better merchandise and they are honest with their contracts
