My mom got her dress for my wedding here and they were so fun to work with...it was a pure delight and the shop is so lovely!

Encore Boutique provided me with a wonderful wedding dress shopping experience that I have shared and will continue to share with any future bride. I had shopped at large chain boutiques and found that the service provided in these stores was not near as personal, professional or caring as the staff at Encore. From my first appointment to my very last fitting, I experienced nothing but polite and helpful staff members who went out of their way to make sure my expectations were fulfilled and my attire for my wedding day was everything I had always dreamed it would be. I never once had any worries or stresses in relation to my gown or wedding accessories. Encore Boutique went above and beyond for me and made my wedding dress purchasing experience special and memorable!

I wandered into Encore Boutique not sure what I was looking for. I did not want a wedding gown but a nice dress to wear for our wedding celebration. First of all I do not wear dresses (I'm a jeans and cowboy boot kind of girl) and my favorite color is black or white. I went in assuming I may be able to find a black dress that could possibly work. I left with an amazing form fitting, sleeveless, beautiful red dress and the most amazing silver high heels I've ever seen. Never in a million years would I have tried that red dress on but they told me to at least try it on just to see what it looked like. They knew what they were doing - I fell in love! Thank you Encore Boutique - you helped me reach outside the box and made me feel amazing!

With only 6 weeks to plan, the odds were stacked against me. It is very difficult to obtain any kind of formal dress with so little time. But Pat and her team made it happen. They located a vendor that could get a dress in by my wedding date. Once the dress arrived, Pat made some suggestions to make my dress unique. My dress was beautiful and everyone raved about how great it looked. I cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done. My experience with Encore went far beyond a dress. Your kindness and words of wisdom will never be forgotten. Thanks for everything.

I tried on 70+ dresses. I went to York, Lancaster, Harrisburg and Lebanon. I went to big bridal boutiques and small mom and pop ones. I never thought I would find my dress in little old Lebanon. Encore is AWESOME and they don't jack up their prices like crazy either. The dress I ended up going with at Encore I found the exact same one at a bridal boutique in York (I won't say which one). The one in York wanted $600 more for the EXACT same dress! It was crazy! So I knew Encore wasn't trying to screw their customers. They are very personable and I feel like they really care. At some other boutiques I felt like just a number and/or just a sale. Not at Encore. These ladies really go out of their way for you and want to make you happy. The person I worked with was Kat. She is fantastic! They don't have a huge dress selection but they are always getting new dresses in. I HIGHLY recommend them!

This is for Encore Boutique, which moved from Annville to Lebanon, PA. Went in to have my daughter fitted in Sept. for a wedding in April the following year. Made full payment the same day. Was given the direction that it would be in during February. No problem, that's fine. Thereafter, no contact was ever received for the dress being ordered, shipped, or whether it arrived. As I began to inquire, I never got an answer, and only every got the runaround that the owner was out or unavailable to speak with. Mind you this happened every time contact was attempted to receive information about the dress. It has come to only a few weeks before and we have chosen to go elsewhere, as Encore Boutique, and Michelle, the owner, have failed miserably. I am not the only one who has faced this issue. Save your money and the headache and go elsewhere!
