Booking Emily was one of the best decisions my wife and I made when planning our wedding.

Before the wedding her communication was excellent, she eased our nerves at the pre-shoot and was always on-hand to answer any questions we had. On the day itself, she was more than just our photographer; she gave welcome direction, adjusted my veil, fixed my husband’s tie, ran around in the heat, and so much more! We honestly believe the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly and calmly without her.

On top of all of that, the photos she’s captured for us are incredible. Somehow, she seemed to be in four places at once and photographed the whole day perfectly. Not only have we received hundreds of photos of our guests having an amazing time, she’s also captured the smaller details – the details you spend months/years planning that get lost on the day.

Emily was fantastic to work with from initial call to ongoing planning emails and day of. I enjoyed her laid back energy yet sharp and practical personality. Her photographer had an artistic perspective which we liked, a bit less run of the mill from the other photographers we looked at. Day of, her calm yet energetic presence before, during and after the ceremony was a great addition to our wedding party. I knew she could manage the people and long list of photos with ease. We also loved our couple photo time with just us and Emily between ceremony and reception, it was comfortable to have her part of our intimate bliss as newlyweds. We are thrilled with our photos too having just received them and sorting through the hundreds (thousands?) of them. Emily has a very welcoming and fun personality. This was my first photo shoot in a long time and she was very flexible with me and hands on with making sure that I was having fun and comfortable. Emily was fantastic! She met us at a location we picked out and we spent an hour taking photos. She had really great, creative suggestions for poses and places to take shots.
