Look no further! We hired Emily for our wedding photos. We are more than pleased with how our special day turned out. She was absolutely amazing in every aspect. Emily has an amazing style of photography and her professionalism was top notch. My husband and I really enjoyed spending time with her throughout our wedding. She’s fun, courteous, listens to our suggestions and followed exactly what we had wanted. She also offered her own suggestions on certain photos to capture which we went with and it definitely paid off. She is a true artist which is depicted in every photo. Our guests were extremely impressed with photos of an engagement session we did with her before our wedding, which we displayed at the venue on our big day. We hired Emily for our wedding and while the pictures were fine, we had about 2 dozen that we really liked, she promised additional items due to delays on her end…. which never materialized. Overall it was a truly disappointing experience.

The wedding was 4 years ago and I have not received the USB, canvasses and redo of albums because the cover was made of burlap which is not acceptable. I have been very patient but now she doesn't respond to my emails or phone calls.

I inquired on packages via email and specifically told her that I would not be having a wedding but that I wanted pictures of my fiancé (in wedding attire) for memories. She agreed and we scheduled a date and time. The day of the photoshoot she was surprised to see me in a wedding dress because she was under the impression that it was a maternity shoot. Throughout the process she kept saying how "thrown off" she was because she was expecting something else and it just made me feel super uncomfortable. This photoshoot took place October 2nd, I did not receive my proofs until December after multiple emails and text messages requesting them. Her answer was always that she was really booked but would get to them next week. I selected the photos I wanted and it took an additional month just for her to take off her watermark from the digital images. I asked her if she can make 2 of the images black and white and also asked for her to send over the pictures of my fiancé alone (which were never in the gallery) she said she would send them over and two weeks later when I attempted to follow up it appeared I had been blocked. She made the entire experience a negative one; I should have just taken the photos with my iPhone because those turned out better than the ones she charged me hundreds of dollars for (which I didn't receive in it's entirety) . If you are that booked which I doubt because the pictures were underwhelming, you should not book more clients and then have them wait months for digital copies of photos. The lack of communication, excuses and no response were completely unprofessional.
