Embers Wood Fired Pizza Catering is a wedding catering company for couples marrying in the greater St Louis, Missouri area. Loated in Wentzville, Embers Catering offers on-site wood-fired experience for couples’ rehearsal dinners, weddings or other private events. Watch your wood fired menu items be assembled, cooked and served in front of you and your guests making the experience both fresh, hot and delicious.

Unlike many cateres, Embers brings the entire oven so that each pizza pie or other wood fired menu items are hot, fresh, made to order and served in a modern buffet style fashion to help minimize handeling. Choose from our catering oven "Minnie" for those more initmate close spaces or our refurbished antique farm truck "Jolene" for those more rustic themed celebrations. As we cook our 16" pies in under 2 minutes, both Italian ovens will host up to 300 guests.

Cuisine
Couples can select from our fresh assorted wood fired menu items which include appetizers, Neapolitan pizza, and desserts. These carefully crafted Neapolitan pizzas and wood fired foods appeal to many audiences, as the menu features items for guests with dietary restrictions. Couples can select pizzas and cuisine items that are gluten free, pork free, nut free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian. They are invited to attend tastings before their wedding to discover the best dishes for their unique reception. We are sorry to say due to the amount of flour used in our fresh priocess, we cannot accomodate celiac sensativities.

Services Offered
Embers Catering provides the disposable plating, flatware and napkins and sevice items needed to accomodate your meal service celebration. Serving styles include a modified buffet meal service, wood fired desserts,sald & hors d’oeuvres stations. Be sure to ask about "Ginny", Embers Catering newly introduced mobile bar and barista. A rustic horse trailer refurbished with beer taps, wine and liquor stores, artisan coffee's which include espressos, cold brews, nitro's and espresso based latte's. Bartenders cater to all of couples’ and guests’ needs and are all certified under Missouri's alchol SMART training.
