We have a mixed review. We used ES for our main wedding hotel block for our wedding, but in a year or so, we were handed off to three different sales associates. The personalized website for our guests to book didn't work most of the time (didn't show the right rate), the shuttle wasn't available for our guests as we were told it would be, and they didn't set up the Friday reception correctly. However, the hotel aspect was solid - breakfast and manager's reception was a hit, great location, good rooms (could use some cosmetic updates and better wifi).
