We had a venue booked a year prior to my daughter's wedding. They were not responding and we had to replan the reception three weeks before the wedding. I spoke with Nate at the Embassy Suites. He was professional and very informative. We had three weeks to hash out all the details and they nailed it!! The reception was beautiful! The wait staff was friendly and very good at what they do. The food tasted amazing. We had quite a few dietary restrictions and everyone was very happy with their meals. Sandy was there to make sure everything was all set. Maysser (Mase) was there from start to finish to help out wherever needed and he kept it all running smoothly! If I needed an extra table or the bar was busy he took care of it. I can't forget the bartender either because that was a very important part of the reception too. She was friendly and did a great job. Thank you Embassy Suites for making this wedding beautiful and memorable. I would highly recommend doing a wedding reception here!!

ELaine the catering manager was awesome! Very responsive to any questions we had! She also helped us find some of our vendors! The Day of the wedding she was like a mini planner! So helpful in making sure that everything went smoothly!

I love the environment of Embassy Suites and they provided such good food for my guests. However, there are two things that I don't appreicated at all. First, I used their Gazebo for my ceremony and hung floral pomanders around the Gazebo. They didn't tell me in advance that we need to take it down after the ceremony because they have another event the next day. During my wedding dinner, one of the server came in and told my relatives that SOMEONE needs to go out and take care the flowers, otherwise they will clean it up for us. Therefore, in the middle of the dinner, a table of my guests were gone because they went to save the flowers that I was planning to give to my guests. 2nd, I told them that I would pay for the accomandation fee for my guests, however, when I received my statment, I didn't see any bill. Then I had to call them and found out that my guests wanted to pay for themselves. It would be nice to be notify in advance plus I had to call and email them for a couple of times in order for them to respond.

I really enjoyed getting married at Embassy it was beautiful and the staff did a beautiful job. The clarity between bridal party, even coordination and catering got a little fuzzy, but once it was all settled they did a great job executing a beautiful day.

Vendor did the bare minimum. Tried to screw us over any chance they got. If you want to plan and schedule and organize everything on your own then this might be a good place. Otherwise find someplace that is more cooperative and will do thing right the first time, instead of after repeating hounding on the brides part.
