Our spacious and modern styled ballroom can accomodate parties ranging from 10 to 450 guests. With options for both indoor and outdoor ceremony and cocktail reception space. The day will flow seamlessly!
The hotel has 204 available guest rooms that feature the same sleek décor and upscale furnishings found throughout the rest of the venue. Your guests can stay the weekend and enjoy the complimentary made-to-order buffet breakfast and evening cocktail reception each day.

You have the ability to host your event in a variety of stylist spaces both indoor and out. Think al fresco dining on the outdoor courtyard, or a vibrant cocktail hour in the light-drenched bar area. Having multiple modern and stylish spaces to work with, you’re able to truly customize the experience for your guests.
Beyond its versatility, The Embassy Suites has the BEST staff who genuinely cares about the details of your event and will go the extra mile to ensure it’s executed to perfection. As a Wedding Planner, I’ve worked with many Venue Managers and working with Brittany is a breath of fresh air. She’s enthusiastic, quick to respond and full of ideas to help bring your vision to life. You’ll feel like you have a true partner on your side from start to finish. She’s such a joy to collaborate with! High quality service is essential and without a doubt, you’ll be in good hands with the entire team.
Another showstopper of The Embassy Suites is the impeccable food and culinary experience. After hosting the first wedding at the hotel, I was sincerely impressed by the quality of food, portion size and variety. The market vegetable and charcuterie displays are among the best I’ve seen - endless options for guests to nosh on and not to mention, an artful and beautiful addition to your event!
Whether you’re welcoming out of town guests or locals, The Embassy Suites also solves your accommodation needs with modern rooms that include a fun perk - made-to-order breakfast! The entire combination offers a truly special location to celebrate - one that is sue to wow your guests. Speaking from experience, I recently hosted my husband’s MBA graduation party in the bar area and guests are still raving about their experience - it far exceeded our expectations and now, I’m looking for another excuse to throw and event here.
