Elsa did a great job capturing our wedding day! She made us feel very comfortable with pictures. It felt like we've known her forever. She was so helpful all day- and even helped bustle my gown!!

DO NOT use this photographer if you are having a destination wedding. If something arises that is out of your control, i.e., a global pandemic such as Covid-19, your deposit will NOT be refunded. All vendors, a mix of small businesses and large, were very understanding of the situation when I had to cancel my destination wedding and refunded us our deposits, except for this photographer. Although we were offered a credit to use towards a different date, as well as her to come out to our new wedding location across the country, the pandemic has caused uncertainty with travel for the unforeseeable future and there was no way we could possibly reschedule our wedding for another date knowing we would be in the all clear with Covid-19. We do not know what the travel restrictions will entail in the coming weeks or months.
I would understand her not refunding if we canceled due to personal issues, but a global pandemic? I believe that is wrong and not a way to treat your customers or gain future customers. Our money has unfortunately been stolen because services were not provided by this photographer.
