Let me say she did an amazing job. My cake was perfect, she is very talented and very creative. I explained what I wanted and she made it perfect. She helped give me ideas, such as sheet cakes for cutting and a cake for pictures to save on cost and to keep from cutting the cake right away. The cheesecake is amazing. We froze the top piece for our one year and it was just as moist and yummy as it was on our wedding day.

Elizabeth's Cakes, this lady is very talented...I tried a lot of different cakes, and the cake she made was the best...I had no problems, or issues, she did her job perfectly, in fact I had a hard time finding someone how could do fondant, but she did the cake just like I asked...Thanks

Of all of the aspects of our wedding, we probably received the most compliments on the cake we ordered from Elizabeth's Cakes. It was often described by guests as the best wedding cake they'd ever had. It was absolutely amazing. Elizabeth was happy to work with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Our cake was an excellent value compared with other high-end bakeries in the area. I would absolutely recommend Elizabeth's Cakes - especially the tuxedo cake with cookies and cream filling and buttercreme frosting!

First, Elizabeth is one of the top pastry chefs in Milwaukee WI and her cakes are very popular!! She is very courteous and professional and even opened her store on a Sunday for cake testing. Our wedding cake was out-of-this-world beautiful! She delivered and set up the entire cake table and I didn't have to think twice about how it would go, based on my dealings with her I knew she would take care of it perfectly. My cake was also on a display stand that had to be returned and she comes to get that the next day on her own - you literally do not need to do a thing except pick it out and pay for it!! Oh ...and tha cake itself was to die for....I purchased extra cake for the gift opening the next day but there was none left at the end of the night!! The top of the cake froze and preserved beautifully for 1 year and tasted exactly the same when sealed correctly. I will always do business with Elizabeth's Cakes.

The cake is the best wedding cake I ever tasted. She can do anything you ask. I wasn't all that happy with the cake on my wedding day as it was leaking coffee and tilted to the side a bit. When I told her after the wedding, she was responsive to try to make it as right as she could. The cake was still good and I thought it was a good value.
