Mike and Deb of Elite catering were the stars of my vendor team. They were responsive, flexible, and kind. Not only was the food amazing and the service unmatched (so many compliments even from our chef friends!), but we were able to make special requests that Chef Mike took and ran with—our dessert was chocolate croissants! Food was an important piece of the day for my husband and me, but we also wanted to stay on budget. Deb and Mike worked with what we had to give us the wedding of our dreams.

Chef Mike and Deb are absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding on 10/7/17, appetizers, dinner and dessert!! From having a blast at the taste test, to countless timely emails and phone convos between Deb and I to make it all come together, it was a great experience working with Elite!

Anything I asked or suggested they were open to! Even things not even listed on their menu, was never even an issue! Their guacamole is delicious such good flavor, the rosemary chicken was so tender and juicy, the chili bar was a hit and all of the mix ins so great! Our apple cider donuts were to die for, my guests still rave about them and so many people asked where they can get more!

I hire Chef Mike and staff for all my catering needs. They do an excellent job and the food is marvelous!

Elite was awesome!! They catered our wedding in september in wisconsin dells. Not only was the food awesome they went the extra mile to make sure our guests requests were taken care of. Chef Mike and Deb are wonderful to work with.

Working with Deb and Mike was an extreme pleasure. They were very helpful with menu suggestions and selections. Very prompt response to phone calls and emails and absolutely PROMPT on delivery time and pick up of equipment afterwards. The food was very delicious and we have used them for several years---planning to use them again for our annual event. Very affordable and a great value. Highly recommend!!!

It was great working with Debbie and Chef Michael. All of our guests loved their food. They set up quickly and efficiently and it went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend.

I used them for a private party and not for a wedding.

Elite provided us with our rehearsal dinner and our wedding pies. Both were amazing. Having pie instead of cake was a big hit and our caterer was wonderful. My only gripe is they are a little difficult to get a hold of.

The food tastes fantastic. There is no doubt that Chef Mike is a great cook. Which is why it's unfortunate that his wife, Deb, is running the business end of things. Throughout the planning process, she was extremely unorganized and most times just plain didn't listen. They overcharged us, and it took until the day before our wedding for them to get us the correct final charge. Obviously, we were a bit busy with other things and it wasn't a top priority to rush over a check to someone who attempted to double tax us because their "accountant must have set the spreadsheet up wrong." We'd already put down over half of the deposit, and attempted multiple times that week to obtain a correct remaining balance so we could pay them, but given that it took so long to correct this, were obviously unable to. Despite that, Deb decided it would be appropriate to call my husband a few hours before we were getting married and ask for payment. They were late dropping off the appetizers. My husband's sister has very restricted dietary needs so we gave them a list of exactly what she could eat. They assured us they could accommodate this (again...after many e-mail exchanges) but ended up adding ingredients she could not eat. This resulted in us back in the kitchen dealing with the caterers instead of enjoying our guests, and his sister crying in the bathroom because felt like an inconvenience. Maybe if you have a wedding coordinator to deal with all the headaches, it's worth it to save few bucks by going with Elite. If I had to do it all over again, though...I'd look elsewhere.
