I am disappointed in the way Elephancy Co. Events handled a request for refunding a $250 deposit. I went ill and was admitted to the hospital twice this year 2023. Finally the wedding had to be cancelled.

As a good will gesture I asked several time for a refund. My email requests and phone messages were ignored. This is a woman based company. You would think they would have compassion for a bride who is not getting married and had health issues.

I was working with Alexandra De Souza and she never answered emails or phone messages.

As of today August 11, 2023 she has refused to even come to an answer to at least refund half the deposit.

This event planner has taken money for no work. I found the venue, my gown, flowers and DJ. Elephancy did not do anything but take my money.

Be aware of the contract or you too will be in the situation that I am. Our $250 for nothing.
